The generator was as advertised - quiet and reasonably easy to set up. Everything seemed to work well, though it's still in break-in so I haven't asked it for full power yet. My only point of confusion is why is it necessary to change the oil every time the gas tank is drained. Seems excessive for a back-up generator that runs twice a year and is stored with the fuel tank and carbuetor bowel empty.

Needed a larger generator to power our food trailer. This one will run all of our lights, equipment and the air conditioner at the same time. This has solved the issue of choosing what we could and could not run at the same time. Just as quiet as the last smaller generator we were using.

Seems like solid build. Works as expected. One little thing about recoil start. Too much resistance. So, I would like to say recoil start is only for real emergency start,when the battery dead. I realized that happens because the engine is pretty powerful and has relatively big displacement. So consider this and keep the battery charged by included charger. I already have 3.5 kwt generator, it was alright for short outages, i could keep running my fridge,boiler and heat,watch tv. However it was not powerful enough for AC and stove range. This unit produces 9 kwt. I can use it for stove and AC. My old central AC consumes a lot of starting amps and generator switches of power because of overload,but its not a big issue for me. I'm planning to install a new mini split invertor ac. Also, i can install a soft start for my old one. Over all i'm happy of purchase.

I had a raw power westinghouse that ran the whole hous eincluding the hot tub, but did not fit the right HZ/volt range to charge my solar generator unless under a certain load. This one did the trick. Charges it no matter the load condition It is very quiet and starts up every time. The Propane function is also very cool. Get a Westinghouse inverter generator, you will not be disappointed.

I bought this generator in preparation for power outages like the extended outage incurred from hurricane Helene. I have not used the unit yet but the design seems well engineered and I can only hope construction and quality of materials is up to the same standard of excellence. I look forward to first fire.

This is my 4th Westinghouse generator. Had a minor problem with the first and was fixed under warranty very quickly. Never had another problem. Bought a pair of iGen5000 so that I could parallel them on my RV and worked wonderfully. Purchased the iGen 11000TFc for home backup. Have not had a chance to fire it up yet as I have a lot of projects going on but I have full faith that this gen set will serve me well.

I bought this because I run a home business and travel a lot, and needed a powerful inverter generator for my electronics. The generator itself does a great job and has saved me on more instances I can count. That said, the documentation is really poor and there isn't a lot of information online about the product.

I bought this about a month ago. I researched the major brands in the inverter category and this model was always outstanding for its quietness, ease of use, and able to power a whole house in an emergency. I received the order quickly and in perfect condition. I've started and tested it and runs great. Very happy with it.

Purchased as a home generator and to operate full size class a motorhome. Has performed flawlessly in both areas. Great for replacing our Motorhome 10000 watt on board generator when boondocking. Also used to run neighboring motorhomes. Only run on gas so far. Very happy with the product. Highly recommended.

I've only tested this generator and I'm very pleased with all of the features, I bought a 50 amp generator cord and inlet box and have it wired through a sub panel with an interlock installed in the main breaker panel, I plug into the generator and into the inlet box, turn off the main breaker, the interlock falls in place, turn on the propane, start the generator and turn on the generator breaker in the sub panel, my house now has electricity. I can even power HVAC
