Product is good. Just 3 stars since the battery was left plugged in and was dead out of the box. Other than that it works great

The generator was working fine and it just cut off and won't start back

Just received generator and assembled. Started without issue. Have not run with load as of this review.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago and everything showed up just like you would expect, went to fire it up and boy is this quiet. So glad I made this purchase and cannot wait to get it out with my camper and actually see it preform.

It arrived without damage and was easy to assemble. The size is small for the amount of power that it is rated for, this allows me to store it in the garage. The fuel options give me a piece of mind for when it is needed.

On the fancier end of a whole home back up, should run just about everything with a set up installed on your panel. Comes with everything you need to start except connections to natural gas line. It's big and heavy, may require 2 person lift.

So far, it's been amazing. Quiet, powerful, does everything I need it for. Looking forward to using it more this year. Powers my welder just fine and all of my other construction tools.
