Just purchased. Got everything hooked up to run on natural gas and so far I've just tested with NG. Looking forward to not having to worry about getting/keeping fuel and it going stale or gumming up the carb. I'm also happy to have the option for propane and gasoline in the unlikely event that NG is disrupted.

Just bought this generator after the 2026 ice storm where we were without power for 5 days. Have a couple of smaller generators we used to power heaters, charge phones, etc. plan for this one is to add the connections to be able to selectively run all critical circuits during power failures.

Had an interlock installed on our breaker at our house and upgraded to this generator. Test ran it for a couple hours to start the break in process per the manual and ran great and is surprisingly quiet for such a large generator. Manual is easy to follow and understand.

I know the description said it was quiet, but I was just expecting a little quieter than a normal (non-inverter) generator, but this was way quieter! I started it up and was immediately surprised how quiet it was. My wife didn't even hear it from inside the house. I have a much smaller inverter generator, and this is MUCH quieter than that. Loaded with features, well built, quiet, and very capable. Included in the box were all the supplies and tools needed to assemble it (which is very simple) and get it up and running. A propane hose connection is also included, which made it possible for me to start the break-in process using propane as my fuel source. It's heavy, but the pull-handle and wheels make it mobile enough to get it where you need it. You simply need to attach the wheels and handle, connect the battery with the quick connection, add the included quart of oil, and fuel it up. Then you're ready to go. During the break-in period, I fluctuated the power load by connecting some portable 1500W heaters to it and turning them on and off periodically (as advised). The instructions say to not exceed 50% power load for the first 5 hours of operation. The unit seemed to handle the shifting power load seamlessly. The remote start is super handy. But you can also use the push-button start or the pull rope. It feels and operates like a high quality machine. I'll likely need to add the high elevation kit to improve fuel efficiency since we're above 5000 feet elevation in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Had to pick it up in NV because they wouldn't ship it to CA even though it's CARB certified and on the approved list to be sold in CA. Not sure the reason for the hassle, but this is the one I wanted after reading reviews. I'm glad I could get it, and so far, I'm very pleased.

Purchased generator 1 week ago and very happy with it. Excellent features, easy setup and operating instructions.

Good for whole home and quite, remember to remove the bonded ground before powering a house that already bonded to ground

Great product but couldn't get high altitude kits. Site would not accept a back order and no place else to order parts

Super excited to pick this big boy up, but for my RV had no problem getting it set up. Easy directions.
