I purchased this generator so that I could power my house during the frequent power outages that we experience. It starts easily and has a very long runtime on the 9 gal gas tank. The run time and low power droop makes this the best generator I've had. Currently use gas but I now have the option to switch to natural gas or propane if I so choose. Very impressed with the build quality.

I'm not very mechanically savvy, but the instructions for the initial setup were clear and easy to follow. Once everything was completed, the generator started on the first try. It was not as loud as I expected, which was a nice surprise. I haven't had the chance to run it on a full load yet, but based on the setup process and initial startup, I'm very pleased so far.

Haven't experienced a power outage yet to see how well this generator runs but we did a test run and it worked great, including running the A/C. The person who delivered ours told us he has the same model and it worked great for him during the last few outages. I feel confident about it being able to handle the real thing.

First time in a while, I've brought a product and my expectations were exceeded. User manual has actual specifications in it to maintain it such as valve clearances, spark, plug, gap, etc., The generator included everything and needed to get up and going right out of the box took about five minutes to assemble the wheels and feet with included tools and it immediately and fired up with no hesitation. I really appreciate a lot of the little details such as maintenance specifications an included funnel that works for it. And as far as performance, this thing was powering my whole house, including the well and water heater during a power outage that lasted a few days and was reasonably efficient onto the 9 1/2 gallon tank was able to get a runtime of 12 hours between refills!

Just purchased this Generator in preparation for a hash winter in South Central Virginia. Our area is prone to power outages. We have had a transfer switch installed and one of our circuit breaker boxes converted to an "essential only" box which will allow us to use the generator to power all of our essential needs during the next outage. After a very straight forward assembly process and adding the oil and fuel, the generator started on the first push of the power button. Of course, the true test will be when we use it for actual power production and utilization. I will return to the review site and leave a follow-up review. After hearing the weather predictions for the coming months, out first outage is probably just around the corner.

I just bought the generator and set it up. Testing will happen shortly but I expect it to run the house no problem. The generator included everything to get it started like tools, oil, propane hose, and battery maintainer. It was packed nicely and only took about 10 min to assemble fill and get running. On initial tests it produced voltage and everything sounded great. I will break it it and test the whole house load that it should be able to handle soon.

Just received the generator. I am very impressed with build quality. Heavy duty metal and strong welds on cage. The hardware fit perfectly. All tools needed were included in the package. This product actually reminds me of the old school quality made back in the 60's with modern technology added. Looks like this will be a wise investment over the years to come.

Overall good, runs a whole house, including 4 ton ac. Sets off my UPS's so need to figure that out. Support is lousy, bad documentation on THD, spare parts is a total disaster, no knowledge from support people, IT IS TERRIBLE. THEY COULD NOT KNOW LESS. I would be super leery about warranty.

IF RUN LIKE SEWER MACHINE . I WAS REALS LIKE EASY SET UP AN WAS IF CRANKS RIGHT AFTER I GOT IF READILY. I AM READY TO TAKE TO MY FARM TO USER.

The Westinghouse WGen11500TFc has been a great upgrade for our home backup power. It starts easily every time, and being able to run it on gas, propane, or natural gas is incredibly convenient. It powers everything we need during an outage, and setup was simple with all hoses and tools included. It's a bit heavy, but the wheel kit makes it easy enough to move. Overall, it's powerful, reliable, and well worth the investment for peace of mind.
