Generator was simple to put together and get ready for the break in period. Generator looks great and the manual is very clear and easy to understand. Engine started right up and running smoothly. Happy with the purchase and look forward to getting some use out of it.

I bought this unit to replace a small competitor's unit as an upgrade. The quality seemed good out of the box and the unit ran great through the break-in period, but when counted upon following hurricane Beryl, the unit began having issue around ~29 hrs of total run time where it began intermittently dropping power. During this time it became very sensitive to any load fluctuations and the LCD would go blank when it would cut off power generation. At no time during these issues did the engine shut off or any breaker trip. My assumption is a bad voltage regulator, but I am no generator expert. I'm hopeful that Westinghouse will work to resolve my issue as the unit is less than a month old and all maintenance and break-in instructions were followed to a T. Hopefully they stand by their product and get me back up and running!

This generator was exactly what we needed. Hooked right up to our LNG line outside the house and fired right up. Having the options of propane & gas too also provides extra security. After running the unit for 5 hours to break-in, easily handled all our electrical for our 3,000 SF home. Definitely recommended.

Just purchased this generator with the recommendation of my brother who works for Cummins. One of the best generators out in the market. Easy installation-within 10 mins, love how it looks with the grip handle, and it's enough for when I lose power from a storm. Clean design and easy to use with 3 fuel types and 3 starting methods including a remote and a manual pull in case the battery is dead. I put in the oil supplied, ran it for an hour break-in period, replaced with new oil, tested, and I'm ready to go!

In looking for a backup power source for those times hurricanes or tropical storms leave us without power, I did lots of online searching for" the best" of the portable generators. Since my home is around 950 square feet, I really didn't need one of the huge, permanent ones. Turns out the Westinghouse generator was the hands-down winner in all the categories of what I wanted and needed. Since I have a natural gas service that continues to run when power is out, I was looking for a generator that ran on several types of fuel. The Model WHen10500TFc fit the bill perfectly. And since it was on sale during Florida's Tax Holiday, got it with no sales tax added!!. The manual and accompanying materials made it extremely clear on how to set up, run, and maintain this generator. The connections to make it capable of running my entire house (including air conditioning!) were a simple setup of connecting a 50A plug into a 50A breaker in my main breaker box. My electrician had it completed in less than two hours and checked the generator to make sure it was running and charging properly. No surprise. It all worked perfectly. I am now comfortable in the knowledge that the next time I lose power, my new Westinghouse WGen10500TFc will keep the power on at my house.

We bought this generator as a backup for the house but also use it to power the camper. I love that the outlets include USB ports to charge electronics. The tri-fuel is really a plus in situations in today's world. I love the easy remote control start and shut off. We would buy this item again and recommend to those looking for a great home generator.

Received generator yesterday and easy set up all the parts included. I have ran it today just to try it out and break it in , charged A few things have not had a power outage yet in order to test it but I plan on using it if we do, thank you I believe it's a great purchase.

I recently bought this as a backup powerstation to keep the freezers and fridge running so we dont waist any of our food. I am well impressed with the overall construction of the generator. I started it up on propane with my wife in mind. Keeping her from lifting gas all the time I bought a 100lb propane to go with this unit. This unit comes with all the hoses and fittings. We'll done would definitely recommend this

Bought this last month as an upgrade to an old generator. Only assembly was putting on feet and wheels. Wanted one with an electric start and that we could use as emergency backup power during hurricane season. Had an ATS installed and the generator hooked up perfectly. Did a test run using gasoline for 2 1/2 hours and it ran as expected. Need to test using propane next. Overall very pleased with the purchase and the price.
