We are happy that we could prepare for our hurricane season this year. This generator is everything we were looking for. Especially the fuel options. We are planning on using propane but are thrilled that we can switch to gas if we want. Thank you Westinghouse for a great generator!

The power system in Texas is uneeliable, and people just don't trust it. I bought this hoping to avoid the expense and size of a dedicated whole-home generator. During the first outage of the year this January, I was able to live life as normal on natural gas in a 2000 sq.ft. home. Being January, I did not run the AC, but it easily handled everything else I threw at it. I am very pleased with this generator and will be much less concerned about hurricane season this year.

I had an older generator that needed to be replaced. This model fits my needs perfectly as it is big enough to run my A/C. I love the fact that I have different fuel choices. It comes as a complete package including even the oil and a battery charger.

We decided to buy a generator after being in Houston for the last 10 years and having our power go out at least once per year due to various reasons (mainly storms). This was the best decision! We love the tri-fuel capability and bought a capacity large enough to power our AC! It is very easy to hookup and use. Portability was a must and this checks that box!!

I installed an interlock and a 50 amp breaker in my main panel wired to a 50 amp cord receptacle. Tested this generator recently and was able to run everything we will need to comfortably stay in our house during a power outage. I ran the generator on natural gas so I have not yet put a drop of gasoline in the tank. The generator started easily and ran consistently as I was testing various circuits. I was able to power lighting, ceiling fans, refrigerator, computers and internet devices, well pump and gas pack. I can now say with confidence that my family will be able to stay put and be comfortable in the house in the event of a power outage. When Hurricane Helene knocked our power out for 12 hours last year, we realized that we were unprepared. No power in our house means no water as we are on a well. This unit has given me confidence going into hurricane season.

I love this generator. I'm a big fan of the quick connector that enables easy switching between Propane and Natural Gas for portable vs fixed placement scenarios around my home. The push-button start/stop is nice and fully automated, meaning it seems turn over a few times until my gas line saturates with gas and then starts. I love that it has a trickle charger for the battery too! Finally, since this unit has a NEMA 14-50R, I should be able to charge my Tesla with the factory mobile charger, if ever needed. While I'm a little nervous to try this, I'm sure I will at some point…

I bought it for use in a fairly remote area where grid energy is disrupted quite often. The tri-fuel options should give me peace of mind because I am connected to a natural gas line and I also have L.P. gas and just in case, I always have non-ethanol gasoline on hand for my mowers and other equipment. I followed all instructions , filled the crankcase with oil , and it fired right up with the battery remote. The delayed starter puzzled me at first ,but then realized it was supposed to do that . I only ran it so far on a connected 20 lb. L.P. tank ,but it powered all the electric power tools I tried so far with ease. I have yet to put gasoline in the tank , but that will be done when I get it to where I plan to be installing it - also hooking up to the natural gas. But so far I really like what I've seen.

Tri fuel generators , this is it. Excellent quality , excellent layout. Everything seems to flow very well on this generator. The manual explains everthing very well and so far every thing dealing with maintenance seems pretty easy. I tried this out with my manual switch i installed and it handles the circuits i have hooked up very well. The remote start is a cool idea also.

I have bought this a couple days ago to get my family thru hurricane seasons.Another resident in our subdivision has a Westinghouse generator and was very happy with it.All the reviews I have read have given these generators a great rating.I have not used it yet but looking forward to it when the time comes.

I bought the Wgen10500TFc generator to temporarily power my house including my AC unit (with an EasyStart installed) plus my refrigerators and some lights. Simple installation of the wheels and feet and good directions to get the generator operational. One thing they should highlight more is the 5 hour break-in time. I found it in the larger user manual, but I would think it would make more sense to also include it in the quick start guideline as well.
