We decided to buy a generator after being in Houston for the last 10 years and having our power go out at least once per year due to various reasons (mainly storms). This was the best decision! We love the tri-fuel capability and bought a capacity large enough to power our AC! It is very easy to hookup and use. Portability was a must and this checks that box!!

We just got the 14500w trifuel unit recently and did a complete break in literally the day before Hurricane Beryl hit us in Houston. We started up the generator as soon as the winds slowed down. We let it cool down each day and checked the oil. This unit worked flawlessly for 7 days. It powered on and off easily. We had soft starts installed on both AC units and this generator easily powered the entire house (2.5 and 3.5ton AC units). This unit saved us this week.

Needed a unit that would allow us to use almost everything in the house and this unit will do that. Excellent product that hoses for propane & NG are provided. Wish they would add the connect cable for the transfer switch, but that is okay they don't. Feel like I have made a good purchase.

Arrived in great condition and appears to be very solid (and extremely heavy). Haven't had to run it yet, other than test start. I took off one star for the following reasons: 1) Online it is advertised as < 5% THD but manual says <23% THD. I hope 5 is correct, that was a major selling point for me. 2) The instructions to pair the key fob did not work for me. If I try to hold the engine start button for 10 seconds, the engine tries to start after 2 seconds. Also, the manual says the green light on the start button will come on after the battery is switched on, but it does not. Only comes on for me if I press the button. 3) I could not find any specification as to what size and threading I need to install on my natural gas line to connect the included gas hose. I will have to take the hose with me to the store and experiment to find the right connector.

Excellent packaging. Clearly well built. Easy to follow instructions. Wheels and feet installed in minutes. With provided funnel it was very easy to fill it up with oil. Hook-up to LP tank was straight forward. It started on second push of the remote start button. Ran some power tools as a quick test. All worked as expected. Next step will be to test with it connected to 50 AMP house inlet after it is installed. So far extremely happy with my purchase.

I bought this generator because of the natural gas connection. I can't believe how well built this is, this is how things used to be made. I am glad some companies still feel the same way. This is a great generator, and quieter than most open frame.

It took forever to find the generator. Everyone was sold out—best value for an 11500-watt generator on the market. I ran a transfer switch and natural gas line to the generator, which has no issues. I love the natural gas option. Unlike my neighbor, I did not have to drive around to find fuel to run the generator. I just plugged everything in and ran it. I would only stop it to check or replace the oil. The remote start made it a breeze starting it from inside the house and stopping. I would recommend 100%.

I bought this machine after a snow storm and we didn't have power for a couple days. I hooked it up to my camper to day to test it out and it runs every great without evenings struggling the machine would bog down for a second then just to back to basically idling while running the whole camper. I hope to get years of use from this machine.

We received our generator a couple weeks ago and it took some time to unpack (Needed to arrange help!) but assembly was easy, and it started up right off. Last weekend got up onto the deck and ran a few minutes with the house without issue. Water pump and furnace ran fine, very brief "brown out" when the pump kicked on but the gen came right back up to power. We're waiting for snow (Live in Maine) and put it to the real test.

I feel like I got more than I ask for. The company sent more in the box than just a generator. It had the tools to put the wheels and supports on with , plus the oil, funnel, propane hook up and an extra long natural gas hose. the power with this generator is all I could ask for plus it is a lot cheaper than a stationary generator. I am quite pleased
