I recently bought this generator after the big storm in Houston. I have a small generator but being without power for a week opened my eyes for the need for something more substantial, without having to continually add fuel. This generator has the power and can run on natural gas from my continuous utility supply, a WIN WIN.

Bought this to back up my house in case of hurricanes. This thing is a beast but moves around pretty easily with the handle and wheels. Has everything you need to get it started including oil. A lot of other brands miss that small detail. I love the remote start, and the power will not disappoint. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend to friends and family.

I received my generator on 1/02/2025 and put it together on on the 4th. Assembly, Startup and Operation was very simple, especially due to the great documentation provided, hardcopy and digitally. It appears to be well designed and built. I am looking forward to many years of use, assisted with the useful maintenance schedules and procedures.

I received the generator and it was smaller than I expected which works out better since it fits my space better. Assembly was easy and the instructions we well written. Started right up, and ran it per instruction, placed a load on it and everything worked well. A great safeguard for all the storms we are having lately.

Brand new out the box. Set up easy,charged the battery. Started on second try,ran about 7 minutes shut down,started it again runs for about seven to ten minutes shuts down. Runs three minutes on Propane shuts down.. Called customer care got a case number,called all week. Have not heard from anybody as of yet.

So happy with my purchase as I live in Florida and we have a lot of hurricanes here this generator is enough to power my Whole house from a central AC unit to everything including my lights and plugs I have had other Westinghouse generators for work and they all have worked amazing I'm really excited to try this generator out this upcoming hurricane season

Just had this delivered yesterday 9/09/2024, after unboxing and making sure all items where in the box, setting it up and running it for the 1st time was really easy, due to the great instructions included with the generator. Ran it on propane after connecting the fuel, it started right up, ran it about 5 min. shut it down, waited for it to cool, disconnected the fuel line shut off the tank valve, covered the generator. If the power goes out, now we are ready.

I live in Katy and occasionally we loose power during the summer and maybe winter. So after looking at the competitors prices for the same item I decided on the Westinghouse brand and a neighbor also recommended it. I had a shed built for my generator but haven't had to use it yet. But I have the natural gas and 50amp line installed so I should be ready. I love the price which was $700 cheaper than the competition.

Bought this for necessity operation during strong Maine winter storms. Needed a generator that could power the essentials such as sump pump, refrigerator, and boiler. This does it all and the tri- fuel feature is a big plus. Would recommend this generator.

I purchased the generator a few months ago but finally got around to setting it up. Easy to assemble also has all the attachments you'll need. Currently going through the break in period and seems pretty straight forwards. Will definitely be ready next time the power goes out due to a storm!
