I own the 9500 Dual Fuel Generator. During a 3 day power outage 2 years ago this generator served us perfectly. We run ours on natural gas so i purchased the natural gas adapter kit. This generator was able to run the entire house including our AC with no problem whatsoever. (We have a soft start on our AC). It was like we had not lost any power at all. I now want to up my power capacity so i have purchased this unit. As expected the generator fired right up. I like the layout of everything and know that after all my research I have purchased a great product.

Just got this generator it came mostly assembled and the rest was easy to set up. Ran it on a bbq LP tank and ran some tools around the shop to test it out. Lots of nice features like electric start and hour meter to keep track of oil changes. So far very happy.

We just got this yesterday. Were building a conex house and needed a generator to run our welder. Our sons made a gift of this generator for us. They are all grown and live in NY where we live in AZ. We've been waiting to build this conex home for over 1 1/2 years. We're certain that this generator will help us complete our home.

I BOUGHT THIS TO REPLACE AN OLDER GENERATOR. I WENT WITH THIS MODEL AFTER MY NEIGHBOR SHOW HOW EASY HIS WAS TO ASSEMBLE AND OPERATE. HE DEOMOED IT TO ME TO SHOW EFFORTLESS IT RAN TO POWER HIS HOME. IT RAN WITHOUT ANY STRAIN WITH THE AC ON. I WAS SOLD.

Bought for backup house power with natural gas furnace and water heater so my power needs are not as much as some. Quick shipping - The Box was undamaged and I have done the 5-hour break-in on natural gas with no issue. very well-built unit and the accessories it comes with are well-made. Never plan to run it on anything but natural gas and propane but having the 3 options is handy.

Bought this generator to use at my house versus a Generac unit. Unit works perfectly as designed quality is top notch tons of features you won't be disappointed with a generator like this one. I've only had for a month. Well built of quality materials. Runs smoothly. What sold me on this product was the ease of separating the neutral and ground. This is required in order to use it as an emergency power source for my home where the system bond needed to remain in the service box.

I bought this to use with a 50 amp transfer switch to keep the essentials running during a power outage Z. It seems very well made and well thought out. I have only run it on gasoline, but might get the natural gas hooked up in the future. The remote start is great, and the push button start is perfect for anyone. Glad I bought this model, it gives me peace of mind knowing I can keep my house warm/cool, the sump pump running and the water pump and freezers working during a power outage.

I just received it today, but I am so far, impressed with everything about it. I have set it up and have started and run it with the auto start, the fob and by manual pull. It seems to have everything that I am going to need for those power outages.
