We purchased the Dual Fuel and were pleasantly surprised at receiving an upgraded Tri-fuel 11500 when we picked it up. Setup was easy and we are very happy with our purchase. Our trial run powered everything we needed and in the event of another power outage etc. Very happy with our purchase

So far so good, I had the generator hooked up directly to our circuit breaker panel with the proper setup, whereas it can only be run if the main circuit breaker is turned off (not getting power from the utility company wires). It started up, running on regular gasoline and it powered everything in the house. Keep in mind it was not a particularly cold day, so I doubt all the heaters were on, but the generator did not make a noticeable sound as if it was under a heavy load. I think this generator will be powerful enough to supply mostly all major appliances in our home. I also like the battery start up and large fuel capacity.

I recently purchased the Westinghouse 11527 Tri-Fuel Generator and I am extremely impressed with it. This generator has exceeded my expectations in every way. Got it home, unpacked and assembled wheels, standards, put oil in it and 5 gal of gasoline. Hit the remote start and away it went. Did the burn it period without a hitch. All seems good so far. My previous 2 generators were Troy-Bilt and were only half the wattage of this so it ought to do well bowering my house, well, A/C, and furnace. Looking forward to the next power outage (if you can imagine that!!).

Huge improvement from our old generator. Not just the extra wattage but the ease of maintance. This was recommended by our electrician who has many customers that use Westinghouse generators. No issues setting up or getting to start using remote. Oil fill and changes are very easy.

Bought this less than a week ago and it's already in our garage. Did a lot of research and decided to get this model of generator. We've had several storms where we've lost power for days. This model had all the features that we wanted. They even upgraded it to a tri fuel generator.

I bought this to replace an 2 older generators I used for emergencies and power outages I glad I did this one has the power of both of the 2 old ones combined and more. It starts so easy and is well made I now have a family member in the home with medical issues and is in a powered hospital bed and on oxygen. I no longer have to worry about getting the 2 old generators set up and running this one does the trick. Now to get an transfer switch installed to power the house when needed.

This generator does NOT come with a 3/4 inch quick connect adaptor for the natural gas as show in the pictures. It comes with a 3/8 inch male flared adaptor for the natural gas inlet. If you hook the natural gas up with a 3/8 inch hose, it will NOT run because the pressure drop in too great. You have to purchase a 3/4 inch hose to keep enough pressure moving to the end of the hose, then series of downsizing adaptors to fit their 3/8 inch adaptor at natural gas inlet. There are ways to get this to run on natural gas but you are going to have some hoops to jump threw. It would be much easier if this generator was so they way it appears in the photos, with a 3/4 or 1/2 inch quick connect.

Happy with our purchase. Runs smoothly. Because of our age, we enjoy the electric start verses the crank. Tri-fuel gives us more options, also. Will have an electrician connect directly to our home, hoping to run the majority of our household, avoiding the need of extension cords. However, that option is available, if needed. Hoping won't have to use it often, especially in hurricane-prone Louisiana.
