Bought the 11500DFc as the best balance of cost, quality, and output. They actually shipped an 11500TFc as a courtesy upgrade. I'm impressed with the sturdiness, quality of components, and ease of setting up. I have run it twice on propane; once to set up and get familiar with its operation, and a second time for a test run on the home. It's a beast and so simple to operate.

We bought this a week ago in case we lose power. We have family that visit who are on oxygen and require electricity to run their machines. We haven't had it hooked up yet but hope to soon. It was very easy to put on the stabilizers and the wheels. The delivery person was very helpful and we were able to put it in our garage.

The product is great so far. It does have a slight rattle/knock that I'm going to contact support about. The features on it pretty good for the price. Remote start, auto choke and even an included battery tender. Power is good for a small home backup and when testing it my home server UPS didn't complain about the power it was making. Let's hope this rattle is nothing or Westinghouse takes care of it, so far I'm liking it.

I just bought this a few days ago and I'm very impressed with all the features of this generator. I love that I have the optionality of using different fuels to run my new generator. I bought it to power my whole house during power outages since I live in hurricane territory.

Very easy to finish assembling and seems like a well built macine. Instructions make no mention of size natural gas line needed or gas pressure so a little lacking in that department. Waiting on plumber to add natural gas connection to get it running.

I bought this portable generator because it has the ability to power my whole house using gas, propane, or natural gas. It even has an electric start with a key fob for remote starting, which is great for situations when the weather is bad. Westinghouse is a well-established company with a great reputation for producing quality products and I am sure this generator will do the job the next time the electricity is out.

Just unpacked my Westinghouse WGen11500TFc, and the initial build quality is extremely impressive. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and having the tri-fuel options, 50-amp outlet, and remote start fob right out of the box makes this unit feel top-notch. It is heavy, but the wheels and fold-down handle make moving it into the garage easy. Looking forward to filling the oil and doing the initial break-in run—so far, it gives me total peace of mind for home backup power!

This is my second Westinghouse generator and I specifically bought this one ( WGen11500TFc) because of my great experience with my previous WGen9500DF. I only changed to this one because I've moved to a new house and decided to run the new generator on natural gas. The features on the generator are excellent. The controls are clear and easy to understand. Although I intend primarily to use the 30 amp outlet (because I will be using it to recharge my whole-house battery backup in an extended outage), I appreciate the flexibility given by the 50 amp outlet, the four 20 amp outlets and the USB ports. As with my previous WGen9500DF, this generator came well-packaged with (almost) everything I needed to get it going. It was nice to have the oil, the propane tank regulator, the battery and the battery charger all included. The only thing missing was a flexible natural gas hose. People buying a tri-fuel generator will most often be buying it for the natural gas option, so that would have made sense to include. For such a heavy item, it was remarkably easy to assemble and setup. As always, it started right up and ran smoothly. I've just started on my break-in period, so I haven't stressed it yet, but I'm confident it will run as well and as reliably as my previous one.

Unboxed, put oil and gas in it and it started on the 1st try. Have been breaking in the last few days by hooking up to my home and running a few breakers at a time. It is seems to have very little lag in power when turning on breakers. Moving it around is easier than I expected as the handle is wonderfully placed.
