First portable generator purchased. It was very easy to setup, and started with the first tug of the pull start. Simple instructions for setup, maintenance, and use. Has 3 options for use of fuel, and a built in trickle charge which is a necessity in winter storage for Northern regions. I highly recommend this generator for multiple uses. “2 Thumbs Up”.

Bought this unit with the intent to use for Home Backup with the Storm Season approaching. Received after 4 days from order. Put oil and Gas in it and it started right up. Hopefully I wont need it but now I have it if I do. Would definitely recommend!

Has all the features, flexibility and power capabilities I was looking for in a portable generator at a very reasonable price. Tri-fuel and enough kW's to run everything I need in an outage. Looking forward to staying warm next winter if the power goes out.

Bought 2 months ago due to frequent power outages. During last power outage, the Generator ran non stop for 4 days. I am more than impressed with this Generator. It starts right up, when running under a load 5 gallons of gas would last 12 hours. We were running a refrigerator, a freezer, sump pump and basically our whole house. Best investment we've made in years!

i bought this generator to power my house during power outages. I have natural gas with gas heat and gas water heater, so this generator should power my house with no issue at all. Unboxing was difficult for one person, but doable. Once you have the wheels installed, it is easy for 1 person to move around.

I bought this to replace a 22 yr old 15k w generac that finally died. I haven't used it yet, but I'm impressed with the much smaller size at almost the same power output. 3 starting options, an alternator, remote control start, battery charger, and oil included!! Pretty impressive. Amazing how things have changed! Hopefully this unit will give me many years of use!! BTW, I'm a 5'6" 66 yr old grandma. This unit though heavy, is very easy to maneuver. My only complaint is how low the pull bar is. I imagine it's even lower for someone over 6' tall. If it were mounted 6" higher, it would be better. But I guess it's a leverage thing. 🙂

We just received & are really excited. Have not used it yet, but we have been through 2 power outages within 10 days apart that lasted 3-4 days long. When the second outage happened, we ordered this generator! Our original gen did the necessary job, but was underpowered, extremely loud & didn't have any of the bells & whistles which this one has.

Bought after power loss for a week in the winter, installed direct to panel power, everything works, remote start is convenient. Weird smell upon first start up, assuming it's from the fresh paint reacting with the heat of operation. Haven't used it yet.

This is a fantastic generator. Very easy to setup out of the box. The instructions are clear and it's well organized and laid out on the front for easy use. I hope I don't have to use it, but I know when I do, I'm going to have stable power and weather the storm.
