I bought this due to hurricane helene. After much research, I settled on this. It arrived on time and starting working flawlessly! It was extremely easy to hook up to my natural gas line. Very happy with this purchase and the future peace it'll bring for power outages.

Purchased a month ago, unboxed & set up the Generator easily. Have Not actually used the generator yet. Still watching UTube Videos preparing for 1st test & use during Emergency. 3 different fuel options is a must since we can not predict which fuel source will be available. Excited to put this generator to Full use!!!

This model gen. Is the best it will handle everything I need it to do. It was easy to unpack and set.It is tri-fuel so I will not have a problem finding fuel when I need it.This Westinghouse generator was packed and to ship as good as it could be. Bought this after Helene and before Milton. Tired of using a small generator with drop cords running everywhere. I wired a 50 amp plug in my breaker box and bought a 25 ft. 50 amp power cord. This generator will pull everything 110v in the house and maybe more. Should have done this a long time ago.

This is a solid built generator. Love the tri-fuel flexibility. The generator is not as loud as I thought it was be and runs my whole house after installing a soft start on my AC condenser unit. Way less expensive than a Generac, and I can take it with me if I need to move.

I bought this generator last month after my last genny died. After many years of service with my old one, i wanted more power and features. I didn't know what i was missing. Love the tri-fuel option, battery start, huge amount of power and remarkably clear instructions. Can't wait to fire it up today! Will update if anything other than delighted.

Just got the generator, it comes well packaged and generally has easy to understand instructions. Most of the maintenance seems pretty straight forward with the exception of the valve clearance checks, which requires some special tools and skill, might see if I can get that outsourced...

I bought this generator in preparations to any future storms after being without power for 3-5 days... it was not pleasant and my family require power. I did extensive research to find a model that can power my entire house with all three different fuel options. This particular model was exactly what I needed and comes with propane/Natural gas lines in box with a remote on/off switch. The only con I have after running the generator after running it for a few hours is that it is pretty loud with or without any loads connected.

I have not used this generator yet. It says I can run my house with this generator during power outages. (Without the A/C and ovens). I had a 9000w generator that would easily operate two camping trailers, and I am sure this is way more generator than I will need for camping. It is a bit heavy but it will suit my needs. Westinghouse has always stood up to its name.

Just opened the box on the 11,500 kW with the 14,500 surgery rating so far out of the box. Everything has gone exactly is explained. The directions are very thorough after going through the initial set up process and adding fuel the generator started right up after the five hour break in. I'll change the oil and hopefully we can never have another problem with it
