Purchased this as a replacement to my previous 5.5KW generator to be able to run my heart pump (soft start installed) as well as more of my home following recent freezing weather which is not common in South Carolina. This is a beast, make sure you have an assistant for the unboxing and setup. Love the multiple girl sources and electric start. I'd highly regiment this product. The warranty was a factor in this purchase as well.

Just received and haven't had to use yet, but impressed with the build quality. Very solid and heavy. Super easy to put together, just the wheels and feet. Helpful to have a 4x4 block or something to prop it up in order to put the wheels and feet on.

I bought this generator because I lost power in North Mississippi due to Winter Storm Fern. We had list of ice causing our entire county to lose power. We don't have a timeframe of when we will get power but it has been over a week. This generator powers a lot of the things in my house for my family. Thankful.

I bought it a week ago in preparation for ice storm. Set up was a breeze. I've only used it enough to satisfy the break-in period. I'm happy with aLL its features and sturdiness. Note: as with ANY new small engines, I strongly advise changing the oil after no more than 24 hrs of run time.

Bought it for standby power during storms. Have not put it to the test yet but once I put in oil and hooked up to propane it cranked right up. It is not as loud as I was expecting. I think it is the best bank for the buck compared to inverter generator and it is safe for electronics.

Bought this generator in January during a forecast for potential power outages in our area. We live in a semi remote place and, like everyone else, don't need to be without electricity. Unboxed and set up for use straight away, to be ready, and thankful I did! Remote button start was amazing and the peace of mind knowing that this generator will power all my main needs, was priceless. Thank you Westinghouse.

So far so good, I had the generator hooked up directly to our circuit breaker panel with the proper setup, whereas it can only be run if the main circuit breaker is turned off (not getting power from the utility company wires). It started up, running on regular gasoline and it powered everything in the house. Keep in mind it was not a particularly cold day, so I doubt all the heaters were on, but the generator did not make a noticeable sound as if it was under a heavy load. I think this generator will be powerful enough to supply mostly all major appliances in our home. I also like the battery start up and large fuel capacity.

Very nice,Very easy to use generator. I love the ability to use multiple fuel types however, I purchased this to be ran primarily on propane. I live on the East coast and hurricanes are somewhat normal we needed a reliable backup power source and the size as well as name brand convinced me to purchase this model. The only negative I can say is believe me this thing is truly noisy, it will disturb the neighbor hood but everyone on my street has one so, this is not a problem. I have used it twice now in 3 months of owning this and it will power most of my house including the heat/air and or the stove but not both at the same time. Overall I'm extremely pleased I can run nonstop for 72 hours on a single 25lbs. Or grill tank with out a full powerload. I now have dual 100lb. Tanks hooked up and ready to roll when needed. I highly recommend this and also recommend a muffler extension to channel exhaust away and that will cut down some of the noise. If you want this for R.V. use you'd better bring a sound barrier it's again pretty loud. But definitely a good reliable generator

I purchased in July 2025 in preparation for the Florida hurricane season. This is a great product and powers my entire 3200 square foot 2-story house. I have it connected to my home natural gas so it will be super convenient when I lose power during the next hurricane.

Setting up this generator was incredibly easy, and the instructions were clear and simple to follow. I especially appreciate the built‑in bar that makes it so much easier to pull—super helpful since I have to travel quite a distance from my garage to the generator plug. Most importantly, having this generator gives me real peace of mind. I feel much safer during power emergencies knowing I can get it up and running quickly without any hassle.
