A little time consuming putting on the spray gun mounting bracket for people with large hands. The unit is a little on the heavy side but the large sturdy wheels make it a breeze to move around. I'm impressed with the quality of the parts that went into making the washer.

I received this as a gift for Father's Day and started using it immediately. It does a wonderful job on siding as well as windows and enables me to reach the higher level of our two story home. I also received the 15" diameter concrete cleaner that had my 15' x 25' patio looking like new in no time. Extremely happy with this product.

I purchased this power washer to replace one I had used for 10 years. It was easy to assemble and started on the first pull. I used it for about 3 hours to wash our house and it did an excellent job. It had plenty of power. Would highly recommend this product.

This power washer is great! After I got it unboxed and assembled, fuel and oil added, it started right up on the first pull on a hot summer day! I like how there is on board storage for the sprayer tips and a very sturdy holder for the sprayer nozzle. So far, this machine seems well built and suitable for a variety of jobs. I did a lot of research and happy that I selected this model based on existing great reviews.

I'm a 75-year old grannie, who has used a less powerful pressure washer before, and I was a bit intimidated by the size and capability of this machine when unpacking it. After reading the instructions (and finally not confusing the choke with the fuel line) I got it running. The directions were good, the cautions were well listed, and the future care of the machine well outlined. Good to go. Heard elsewhere that the red nozzle is too dangerous for the average person, so eliminated that from my use list. So wished I had the use of the yellow nozzle, but it wasn't included with the machine. The white nozzle was plenty powerful for my siding and even that one took a bit of paint off my window trim at a distance of 4-5 feet. The green nozzle cleaned my concrete walks and driveway nicely. I prefer this machine over my less powerful one because I never had to shut it down to cool off. I had some major backfire issues, which seemed to lessen when I turned down the fuel line to about 1/3 strength before shutting off the engine. Would still like some direction on that issue. I have a case number dated June 10th about a starting issue that still has not been answered--It's now the 22nd. My son also took photos of the machine shaking so much while running, to the extent that the air filter box was independently shaking more than the rest of the engine--causing some concern. Again, some guidance on the reason for that would be helpful. The on/handle was a bit tough to hold down for any length of time, since it was pretty stiff and my hand was shaking for quite a while after stopping. Again, probably just a bigger machine issue and nothing to worry about, but at my age, needed to stop now and then to regroup. All in all, very pleased with the actual results and feel confident I can handle it and future jobs nicely. It looks like a machine that will last!

I bought this a month ago and we’ve had a few issues with it. We followed all the instructions to start using and it wouldn’t keep running on the 1st use and wasn’t getting pressure on the 2nd use. We’ve gone over everything once again and all seems okay. I guess third time is a charm - It keeps running and getting the pressure now.

Bought this because my patio and driveway looked horrible after years of neglect. It made short work of cleaning them up. Liked most that the soap feature worked as it did by just using the correct nozzle. Change the nozzle and it switched to water. Could use a set of extension wands as an add-on product to make it even better.

We bought this power washer due to it's size and it looked convenient to move around. We thought that the 2700 PSI would be adequate but wasn't sure until we gave it a try. We washed the house and parts of the garage and we were pleased as to how it made the siding look new. The power proved to be quite adequate and should meet any of our pressure washer needs in the future. There were a couple of suggestions that I would make for future models: 1. A way to route the pressure hose away from the exhaust module, possibly going to the rear or making the connection a bit farther to the right to alleviate the pressure hose from coming in contact with hot exhaust module. I used a zip tie to attach it to the handle. 2. Either another fill location for the soap. The cap for it now is somewhat hard to get to with the bottle and when you use a funnel, it works ok but the only way that you know when to stop is when it starts to rise in the neck of the funnel. It works but just a bit awkward.

This product arrived with great instructions on how to assemble, which was pretty quick. It was quick to learn how to use, and to understand what sprayers to use where. My only challenge which I did see in other comments is where the hoses are located, but once you understand easy to work around. So far a great tool for the patio and decking.

Very excited to add this to the home arsenal. Build quality is solid and it’s as dependable as they come. Only issue was a couple of the plastic expand screws were busted so I have to call Westinghouse. Other than that, very excited to use this non stop!
