Service is awesome! Just received my Power Washer, shipping damage on wheels and power wand fell not in carton. I called service and spoke with Jayna, wow, great response and parts on the way. If this doesn't work, Westinghouse will send me a replacement Power Washer. Jayna, thank you so much for the service you provided.

My WXP2700 pressure washer went together smoothly, the instructions were very clear. The engine started smoothly, and the spray is very powerful. I washed my entire house in less than 2 hours! My sidewalks and driveway look new again. Great product, great price.

I like the way nothing is hidden with plastic--everything is easy to access. The engine is identical lto one that's used on my wood chipper and I've had great success with it; however, never tilt the engine with oil in it as it will clog the engine. I love that they went with non-pneumatic wheels which invariably go flat when you most need the tool.

I bought this back in September to clean my house, my boat and to do general end of the summer clean up. It was extremely easy to operate and cleaned everything as well as any professional could have done! I'm very happy with this pressure washer and would recommend this to anyone!

My wife got me the WPX2700 for me for Christmas. It is cold here already and I have not been able to use it yet but getting it out of the box and putting it all together, all the pieces seam to be built solidly and of great quality. I can't wait for spring to fire it up and try it out.

I bought this power washer to replace the 25yer old one . Initial set up was very easy and straight forward, except for what size Allen wrench...3 rd step use 13mm instruction say 10mm..if i can remember is need for the bolt on mounting foot . The power washer came very well packaged, and mostly assembled. Makes using it fast, and this machine completing clean the 30t.brick wall in no time flat. I truly appreciate how simple it was to setup and operate, followed the instructions,you might need other tools to help tighten bolts.. started the engine started right up I'm hoping this power washer will last 25years plus like my other.did.

I bought this pressure washer a few weeks ago. I mostly use my pressure washers for annual cleaning of the fence, concrete walkways, and flagstone pavers in our yard. I have used an 1800 PSI electric pressure washer (different brand) in the past and it has worked fine. My last one broke (second time/again different brand) so I decided to try a new brand and this Westinghouse one had very good reviews online. I also thought the extra PSI (2700 this time) and gas engine would make my job easier and faster. It was pretty easy to assemble and the constructions seems solid. At first I wasn't very impressed as it was doing just an ok job. I thought it might be my hose so I swapped hoses and it made a huge difference. I basically had to redo the stones I had just "cleaned". So it does a very good job cleaning. The one down side is that is is loud. I mean make your your neighbors mad loud. Definitely wear ear protection and find out when your neighbors will be on vacation before you use it. I even downloaded a decibel meter app to check how loud it was. Not sure if it's normal but I might not have gotten it if I knew it was this loud. I live in a pretty large city so my neighbors are pretty close, but if you have more space/land this would do the job at a good price.

I bought this one month ago, assembled it within the last few days. Today I was able to start it up and it ran smoothly. This is my second purchase of a Westinghouse product. Once again qualify is at the forefront of the company. I am very pleased. DRG

We just put the pressure washer together and used it for the first time today, and it seems to work fine. Works as it should. The only thing, I noticed there is a hole in the spray gun handle. I don't know if it's supposed to be there or not. This is why I could not give it 5 stars.

Great washer for so many projects. Starts on the first pull, stays put while washing and has plenty of power for even the toughest jobs. Used nonstop for over an hour and still had fuel in the tank. Noise level on par with most gas powered washers. Would absolutely recommend.
