The generator was easy to start up (on propane) on the first try. Initial assembly is minor. Just got it and tested it, but it purrs like a kitten.

Package very well. Everything is working fine very nice unit well built . Very good instructions and easy to operate.

It's does so much than I expected  push a button to start.  Has different amp options  easy enough to start that my wife has no problem

Purchased in October after Helene to protect us in the future. I have run it twice and it starts easily and works and performs as it should.

I bought this generator 3 months ago and am generally pleased with it.
Part of the sales pitch at the time was that I would receive a free cover.
That has never happened in spite of repeated requests, all of which 
remain ignored and unanswered by Westinghouse !
I cannot recommend doing business with this company !

nice generator, disonest advertising !

I just purchased this unit and so impressed with the features and quality.  It started up with no issues right out of the box.  So far I've run it with propane and natural gas and it's very easy to switch over to each fuel type.  This inverter / generator model is extremely quite compared to my other gas generator and I love the handle that extends out which makes it easy for rolling and storage.
