This is for the 11000DFc. Bought this to use as a whole home backup. It does not disappoint. It will run everything in my home. Obviously need to be selective on running the 240 amp appliances. My central HVAC has a variable speed motor so its an easy start. In what i would think would be a long outage i would put a window unit in my master bedroom and not us the central hvac. The generator is a bonded neutral so you might want to convert it to a floating neutral if hooking to your home through an inlet. It's easy to do.

Have had unit for 6 weeks now. Doing a gradual break-in. So far the unit is working as it should. Big test will come this winter when we lose power often. Generator starts instantly on gas but has a bit of a problem starting on propane. Am trying to work that out. I would say at this point the unit is as advertised. Big test to come

This generator is fantastic. It’s well built. Extremely quit and easy to use. The included tools make it simple to put together right out of the box. I’m still in the break in period but overall I’m really impressed. Going from a propane Generac open frame to this generator is the difference between night and day. This one will power everything in my large house. Not sure yet if it will power my Lennox XC21 4 ton AC unit but I’m going to have an HVAC guy see if it can. Might need a different start capacitor on the AC but we shall see.

Wanted a big whole house/emergency power inventor generator with low THD and this fit the bill. Doing the initial 5 hr break in now. For a big generator its pretty quiet, you can carry on a conversation near it and still be heard. Oil spigot will not thread into oil pan, small annoyance. Tires are on the small side, maybe an issue moving across yard or bare ground. Overall I think this will be a great emergency back up generator with enough power to run my whole house. Nickname = Big Blue.

I bought this to replace an open frame generator that was not compatible with my Ford F150 Lightning due to higher distortion. This one started right up, I plugged it in to the truck with the charger set to 32A and it works like a charm, and it will also be large enough to power my whole house including heat pumps when needed.

Recently purchased this system, replacing an older traditional generator at half the rated power. Inverter was easy to set up, started (on LP) without issue and was able to easily recharge my 6KWh split-phase battery backup system. Overall, very pleased with this inverter

I was looking for a generator that can power my whole house and that was quiet enough so not to upset the other owners in my community . It was very easy to put it together and was much lighter in weight then any other generator with the same amount of power I looked at. It started right up and was very quiet compared to the other generators in my community.

We purchased the dual fuel inverter for power outages. We haven't had a need to try it yet, and hope we never need to, but having it as insurance brings peace of mind. One feature we particularly appreciate is the option to use gasoline or propane as a fuel source.

I havent put it underload just yet, but the assembly was easy and it started easily. In reading the manual I did opt not to use the supplied oil, as our low temps can easily be below 20 degrees Fahrenheit. I opted for this model because it is an enclosed inverter generator, while it is true we have whole house surge protection, the idea of having <3% THD is attractive to protect the many electronic boards in some of the strangest places in the house :)

We bought this inverter so that when electric power is gone to the house we can receive electric power from the inverter. We would be concern if power is not restored for a long time. I am pleased with the quality of this inverter and will use it for other items needing power.
