Delicious!! I love these things! I was worried about chews going down as easily as gels on long runs, but I haven't had any problems. And my husband who won't go near gels likes these, too! I haven't tried the other flavors, yet, but these pink lemonade chews are great!

The pink Lemonade flavor is addicting. I keep bragging them as a quick mid day snack instead of saving them for my work outs. They taste awesome in the middle of a hot summer bike ride.
