enjoying the hot tub. access panel poorly designed. control box poorly mounted. plastic control box to thick for electrical fitting. control box poorly designed hard to land the incoming power wires. shipping company could not bring to my house unless i had 4 to 5 people to help unload znd could not set a time of delivert thst was not a large block of time. not what was advertised. i had to go to their loading dock to get the hot tub.

This is a great (if basic) tub as far as ease of operation, efficiency, and comfort go. We really loved it for the first 3 years. But now, after 3 years, it is leaking from a jet somewhere and we will probably have to replace it since it is not really designed to for such things to be repaired, as far as we can tell. A 3 year lifespan is sad; I don't think we would try this again.

Only had it for a year and started leak, now we're stuck with a yard ornament and can't get rid of it.

Disappointed .. it didn’t even last a full 3 years. Out of warranty after 2. I thought this was a great deal.

This is a great product and an excellent value. We feel very lucky to have scored this hot tub during the pandemic.

Shipped exactly as stated, packaged great, no issues. We didn't set it up right away, had to finish building the deck. All set up now, and enjoying it!!!

We love our hot tub! Perfect for 2 people daily use. Occasionally have grandkids with us and there’s plenty of room. Controls are simple and respond quickly to temperature changes. Attractive on our patio and yet blends in to surroundings.

Great price and easy installation. The pumps could be more powerful. If all the jets are vavled in the pressure in low.

We bought this tub last March for our short term rental property, and it starts leaking within one year. We are very disappointed with this product. It takes forever to have the manufacturer fix it. We had to cancel 5 bookings due to the issue. And it's still not fixed.

Without a doubt. The best $3000 I have EVER spent on myself.
