My teeth feel just as clean after brushing when I use this softer brush head compared to other brush heads and other tooth brushes. If your teeth and gums are sensitive like mine and you have a Philips Sonicare toothbrush, these are the brush heads that you need. As soon as I started brushing I experienced a noticeable difference. I highly recommend these.

The arrangement of the bristles is different from the standard even rows I've been using. It seems to be able to reach in between my teeth better, as well as the gumline. It feels very dense but is extremely gentle even when you occasionally press too hard. It also polishes my teeth very well. They feel like I've just come from the dentist.

It not only cleans your teeth it helps with sensitive teeth and gums. I love the fact that the bristles are very thin and gentle on my teeth and gums and it helps remove plaque that has been built up.

The vibration is so intense that when I try to brush the back of my top teeth, it tickles so much I have to wait until the toothbrush turns off to brush that portion of my teeth. It is so uncomfortable that I do not look forward to brushing my teeth with this electric toothbrush.

The brush head snaps on and off the toothbrush with ease. The individual bristles are thinner than those found on the regular brush head and they have a lot more 'give' when you press down. This results in a gentle cleaning experience. Every few days I will up the intensity to the medium setting for one cleaning, because I do start feel a little build-up behind my crowded lower front teeth. I am also enjoying the toothbrush's gum care feature, which allows me to gently massage my gums after the brushing routine. With this ultra soft brush head, my gums are getting a healthy experience without irritation. My teeth are looking and feeling great while using this brush head. I am getting the healthy, thorough clean I seek from a toothbrush/head and I am very satisfied with this brush head.
