I purchased this item and a week later I had it in use. It made fast work of chipping a large pile of branches. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Works fine overall. Assembly was easy. Blades dull quickly and easily jams because of a slot that allows smaller brush to get wedged where it shouldn't.

Works well so far. I've had it for a week. The shredding collection bag is badly designed, when the unit is running the bag billows out in front and chips and dust fly everywhere. I will try getting a bungee cord around it to close the gap.

Just got this put together but it's been raining the last two days and possibly going to snow tomorrow. Hope to start using this weekend. Was easy to assemble.

I bought this in November just before it gets too cold and I was looking forward to getting all the limbs cleaned up off the ground. It's just right for those pesky tree limbs that blow off the trees in the fall. I am a woman, so this makes my job so much easier than packing them and hauling them to the dump. I just put my woodchipper up in the orchard and chip there. I do not have to worry much about hauling them off, I put them around the orchard or in the composter. Sure, makes my cleanup so much easier and quicker.

I've used this in the backyard twice now chipping two rather large bushes. I'm very pleased. Obviously it's not chipping large diameter branches but for the small stuff it has worked great making a nice mulch.

Got this to help clean up tree and shrub trimmings around the yard. Super easy to use, works quickly, and reduces trimmings into small piles that are easy to discard. I used to have to breakdown piles over a few weeks to comply with the city's yard waste rules. This will make it possible to get everything done and cleaned up all at once!

In need of a small, but powerful chipper, I read the reviews on this Westinghouse model and decided to give it a try. Instructions for assembling it were simple and easy to follow. As soon as I had it assembled, I chipped up a small pile of live oak branches and it worked as advertised. Within minutes, I had 20 pounds of material which fit handily in my trash can.

I am I am an 81 year old female. I have two large maple trees in my yard and I did not want to have to go to the dump with all those leaves. It would definitely take more than one trip. I use the shredder yesterday for the first time. It did a great job. It was time consuming, but I am very glad I purchased it.

I wasn't expecting much out if this tool but the price was right and the reviews were good. I am so glad I bought this. The first day we used it for 3 hours without a hiccup. I chewed through branches and the chip sixmze is perfect. We bought it to create bedding for our chickens and it has already paid for itself in bedding costs.
