Very Fresh, Crisp and tasty

This unfamiliar veggie is an awsome treat. Simply chop and saute and add your favorite sauce or not.

Been trying to find this at several stores for a few weeks now and was happy to find it in my Sams club store

Fridge life is 4-5 days, beyond that the green aged quickly. I like to shop baby bok choy at Sam's, they always come fresh.

The bok choy was mostly rotten and I had to throw it away. Was really disappointed because Sam's is usually very good at checking produce.

Repeatedly get this since it started being carried. Great as a solo veggie side, in soups, or stir fried with other ceggies and noodles.

These baby Bok Choy are very tender. I use them in salads and soups. Very healthy addition to my meals.

Only stays fresh and tasty but they don't last about a week or so, they get really limby but was still ok to stir fry with your choice of meat.

I was thrilled to see this at my Sam's Club. We've been enjoying stir fries, soups and simple sautéed baby boo chow all week. I highly recommend!
