I have added this to my diet and am impressed with the many different ways to prepare them. They work very well in soups and stews, so it has become one of my favorite kitchen staples.

Happy to see Bok Choi. I was happily surprised to purchase a big amount for so little. I made stir fry and added to my soups

We love that Sam’s club carries classic Asian vegetables like baby bok choy. Stirring frying this vegetable with garlic is the authentic way of Chinese cooking.

These were perfect for what I was using them for, however I wish the package was split smaller. I didn't use them up in time before they started to wilt.

I appreciate that baby bok choy is an item carried by Sam's. HOWEVER, the last few times I've gone to purchase some, they are wilted and obviously overripe and on their way to going bad if not already bad... discolored brown and just obviously not good. Why would you keep them out? Someone should be periodically checking what's out on the floor and upon noticing veggies going bad, NOTIFY MGMT they need to be pulled.

It was like a month old and by the time I realized it was too late to bring it back because of the ice storm.

So many bugs!! Had to throw away a lot of the container because there were little worms/bugs in them
