This is never fresh. Always weeks since picked date. I try to by this often but rarely do because it’s been weeks since it was picked.

I love bok choy! And something about these little tiny dirt smugglers keeps me coming back for more. There is a lot of dirt in between the sections, they do be needing a bath and a shower in the same go, but they taste so good to me. They are like a combination of celery and cabbage. The leaves will go soft and the stalks will keep a bit of crunch. So refreshing!

I had to use this pack immediately because ot wasn't too fresh. I do love bok choy and used it in a stir fry with mushrooms and chicken which was excellent. I wish it would have been a bit fresher, but it was a good price and I used it up right away.
