I was a little surprised as quickly the leaves turn yellow and not as appealing in appearance. If I cook them when I purchased and if not yellowing leaves - it tastes fine ! I may or may not purchase again. Hopefully it was a semi-bad batch.

Sometimes I have to pick up groceries when I don't have time to go in. I received a month old bok choy. It was already browning on the outside. It happened more than once and I had to start picking up at a different store.

I got this as a grocery delivery so did not pick out myself in the store. First up I am giving it a 2 because I have had good experience a few times before the last 5 times ordering. The past 4 orders the quality has been terrible with the leaves wilted and turning yellowish/brown. The package date for the orders is often several weeks before the day it was delivered. An example is a product delivered 10/2/2025 that was packaged on 9/4/2025. Sam's club did give me a full refund on the rotten products but the overall consistency has severely declined since originally purchasing. Would only recommend buying in store picking it out yourself.
