This is our second GE microwave, same model...the first one was a couple of months old and the button to open started sticking. Hopefully, it won't happen again with this one. Good size, lots of options, good power, etc. We'll wait and see.

We got one of these in 2020 and it just broke. Should last longer than that. Also, the child safety latch doesn’t operate well, the doo button always sticks even when the safety latch is disengaged.

This microwave is awesome works great plenty of options to cook,defrost and prepare your food. Make no mistake when you buy GE you are getting the top of the line nothing less. A+ for sure.

I love my GE microwave, air fryer, oven! The air fryer is superb. It crisps the food really well. The microwave really heats up well. I love that it warns HOT. I haven’t used the oven yet.

This is the 3rd one we’ve had in a year. The first one was not sitting level, the second one after 10 months, the turntable began making a noise. The microwave has good features, but apparently not made very well.

This unit is almost exact duplicate of our 2009 Kenmore Elite. So pleased it fit perfectly and pretty much matches controls. Works great...big and powerful. Delivered overnight!

We have had it less than one month and the turntable won’t turn. We are almost 80 years old and won’t be able to manage carrying the oven to repair. We need someone to come to us. Please help!

I had a 2005 model of this microwave and it just stopped working this year! Talk about reliable! 20 years - AWESOME!!! I bought this one and I’m looking for another 20 years!

This has to be the biggest and best microwave ever invented!! Very happy with my purchase. Most items I re-heat are hot within 30 seconds. Thank you very much.

I’m so excited to get a GE product that I know is a great value for a top-of-the-line product. The size inside is going to afford me so many more options as far as cooking.
