This is my favorite microwave oven of all time. The power and controls are specific and easy to use. It is attractive in appearance. I love the ability to put large casseroles in it with room to spare. It out performs any microwave I've ever owned.

The door latch sticks and I have to pry it open every time.

The door is very noisy. The child lock feature should be advertised clearly. We almost returned the product as defective. A sign on the door would be helpful.

Seems fine. Marking 2 starts only because is it not clear what trip kit is needed. Research time is inordinate and related products should be visible in your portal

Very happy with this microwave. It is dependable and easy to use. It has plenty of power and capacity to cook or just heat up anything you want. Would definitely buy again.

Good microwave - when it works. Has plenty of power to heat quickly - but - this is the second time I’ve had to replace it in 3 yrs. Each time a different problem - but still - not a good long term product.
