Hdmi connection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The view itself is amazing. My electronics are mostly Samsung so I keep them all in the Samsung account. However, ive been having hdmi connection problems with this 2026 upgrade version. The hdmi is very seldomly detected. At times, I have to disconnect and reconnect to use the hdmi feature. The previous Samsung tv did not have that issue.

sound awful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the tv in my porch outside, The sound on the tv is awful. We are watching it on 98-100. The colors on the tv aren't bright and are rather kind of dull. I think the Samsung tv's aren't as good as they use to be.

If the picture appears unclear, dull, or lacks definition, there are several settings you can adjust to improve clarity and overall image quality. Go to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, and review these key settings: Picture Clarity Settings: While originally intended for motion handling, these can also impact overall clarity • Off: Disables motion enhancements • Auto: Automatically adjusts based on content • Custom: Lets you fine-tune: o Judder Reduction – Helps smooth out uneven motion o LED Clear Motion – Boosts sharpness in fast-moving content o Noise Reduction – Reduces distortion and enhances detail in lower-resolution sources Core Picture Settings • Brightness – Controls overall screen brightness • Contrast – Enhances the difference between bright and dark areas • Sharpness – Adjusts edge definition; closer to 20 increases detail • Color – Enhances depth and intensity of colors And don’t forget to check for the latest firmware, which may improve performance: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now Regarding low volume, please know you can improve sound performance by adjusting a few key settings: Sound Mode: Navigate to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode • Standard: Balanced for everyday viewing • Optimized: Enhances effects and creates a more spacious sound • Amplify: Boosts mid and high tones, especially helpful if dialogue is difficult to hear Auto Volume: This feature helps maintain consistent volume levels across content and input sources. Excellent TV

As a disabled veteran I watch a lot of TV. I just want to thank Samsung for never letting me down. Whether it be a phone a TV a washer and dryer and whatever other Samsung products I will continue to purchase!

I love my new tv
