I bought the machine a few days, electrician stated a great machine and powerful. Awaiting to have the house ready with the transfer switch install and then will test.

It is a big boy, but not any louder than standard 4k plus gas generators. One never hopes on power outages, but I hope this one will do the job. When the time comes, I will update this.

I bought this a month ago and have just gotten around to unboxing and set up. I can tell you this Dual Fuel Generator ticks every box and can run a whole house.

After an exhausting 4 weeks of research upon research (i.e. google ,YouTube videos, and etc.) of the many brands , size , and wattage amount I felt extremely confident that the WGen12000DF was the correct fit for my home and household needs.

The generator arrived in perfect shipping container. It was just hooked up this evening and there is a backfire problem. I will call them tomorrow and trust they will inform me how to correct this.

Bought this 9 months ago. Started great, ran it for 30 minutes. Ran the gas out of the carb. Now it won't start! My 20 year old generac still starts on half a pull. I hate it when my wife is right.

I purchased this a few weeks ago and am extremely happy with it. After installing a easystart on my 5 ton air conditioner, the generator had no problem running it and a refrigerator, lights, etc.

Only had tons install the the wheels and Lifting bar. Yes they have thought of everything. They even add a lifting bar to make it easy to move around when needed. Looking forward to using it!!

Personal use for when storms make it hard to find fuel. not used generator yet and hoping I do not need it during or after a storm. It's a beast of a generator!

Bought to run whole home during power outages on Natural Gas. I have not had to use it after a storm yet, but I have tested the unit and it powered my entire home no problem. This includes two AC units which have hard start kits installed.
