I bought this for backup power due to two recent power outages. Murphy's Law, power hasn't been out since. After assembly and filling with oil and gas, the generator started on the 1st try. Can't say that I am eager for another power outage, but I will be ready for it when it comes.

We kept losing our electricity more than usual this past winter. Wanted a reliable source for backup. We own several physically challenged equipment. Such as power chair, sit to stand lift, and power recliner. The generator became an absolute necessity.

Just recently purchased the 12500w/9500w tri fuel generator, I haven't put it to work as of yet but will be shortly. After putting it together I tried to sync the key fob but was unable to get it to link up to the unit otherwise I may have given 5 stars. Will update after some use.

Had a long power outage in an ice storm and my previous generator was really lacking in the power needed to run our home. The top ratings on this product drove me to it. Doesn't really matter where you look, if they tested this product it was a top choice.

EXCELLENT BUILD- IT COMES WITH NG AND PROPANE HOSE TO GET YOU UP AND RUNNING. THERE IS ALSO A TRICKLE CHARGER. I AM IN THE BREAK IN PREIOD AND USED THE PROPANE FOR THE INITAL RUN. ITS LOUD BUT IN A OUTAGE I DON'T CARE...LOL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AS THIS SEEM LIKE THE BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK!

Generator arrived early. No shipping damage. Generator has passed all tests - propane and gasoline fuels. Control panel features working properly. I have not tested full electrical output but initial break-in electrical production is correct. I am very happy with this generator. Based on my research it is the cream of the crop.

We just received this item and it's a BEAST! We often get power outages in our part of California(thanks PGE). We wanted a bigger generator to run our AC in the summer during these outages. Can't wait to get it set up and see how it handles the power we need!

We had a very long power failure this fall. Had not great due to electric heating and gas fire place. No lights other than Coleman propane lantern. Decided to purchase a large portable generator. Unit arrived in great condition, battery was charged, filled with oil and gas. Pushed the start and it turned over, stopped, turned over, stopped. So then I opened the fuel valve. It started immediately. Started to plug stuff in, including an large elective impact, didn't even load it up. Getting a switch installed then power the house breaker box. No more cold dark winter nights.

This generator is in high demand and we are excited to own it. It was shipped from the vendor promptly and the trucking agency was great. It was well packaged, no damage. The instructions were easy to understand for both the minor assembly that was needed and for the startup. The generator started up just fine and was very smooth running.

Starts easily, <5% THD so it will power my computer, GFCI on outlets is great for my portable tools, big gas tank so long time between refuelings, enough power to run everything and then some, very well packaged and arrived without any damage which is rare in this day and age.
