Installed this month and it runs everything effortlessly!!!

Works great as advertised. Very impressed so far. Remote works well too.

Awesome generator. Enough to power my entire home and then some during a power outage

I just purchased this generator for my whole house and so far it does an excellent job.

Great generator runs everything in the house I need it to. Encluding HVAC.

Bought this a few months ago but already having problems

Just got it. Already to start it up. I'm hoping it works sweet. To run AC in the summer when power outages. It's a big bad boy generator. I have it 4 stars because I haven't used it yet!. But if it's works perfectly then 5 stars.

I purchased March 18 2022, received March 31 2022, stored in garage until June 10 2022 for initial startup & run...followed all startup procedures. Then ran under moderate load for about 5-10 mins then it shut down. Ran again in an hour or so w/o any load and it shut down within 5-10 mins. I then called customer service.

I love this open frame portable generator with incredible power. I use it as back up power for my entire house. During power outages in summer months while the air-conditioning is in the most frequent use, my electric bill energy usage shows. 3500Watts but my old 8000Watt generator is not powerful enough to run the A/C and it trips every now and again when a certain combination of loads is running. That is why I now have this WGen20000c super powerful generator. I love it and it meets all my needs.

Needed this the day after it was delivered (hadn't even finished getting it ready yet), and before the electrician had run a 50a outlet. used a long heavy duty extension cord to power my wife's oxygen machine and a few other things. Used Propane and couldn't be happier, now just waiting for electrician to run the actual 50a hookup and I'll be all set. Was easy to setup, ran fantastic, no issues at all. Will recommend to anyone that listens!
