I bought this a couple weeks ago to have for power backup to my house. It works great and the dual fuel option is the way to go.

I just bought it, started pretty easy, but have not used it yet. So far the only negative about the product is that it is heavy

Ran it for four days after hurricane Beryl, did everything 
I expected, but had a oil leak coming out air filter.

I bought three for my food truck and they been nothing but terrible. It doesn't run and hold the fryer.

Does Not Run Fryer

After taking delivery the setup and test were easy.  The option to run on propane is great - clean power and no mess. Highly recommended.

Strong, powerful and easy to use

Just bought this generator, our neighbor has one and it really worked well during the hurricane that hit us last year.

Seems to be a great product.  Shipped quickly. This is just what I am looking for.  Will definitely recommend this to my friends.

We have not had to use. Tested and it is running fine.  Was delivered quickly and packaged excellent.

Ordered due to failure of Dura Max

I bought this due to living in Texas with Hurricane season coming. Hurricane in the Gulf and I went to set it up and it wouldn't work. I called service department they were great. Missing fuse would be mailing in 5-7 days. I said since you sold me an expensive broke generator shouldn't you overnight the part. Their reply 5-7 days. So here a sit after hurricane with no electricity and a defective generator in my garage.

After simple assembly; tires, lift bar, and attaching the battery, it started right up.  I recommend High Octane gas (93 or above).  Ensure you read the instructions, step by step.  Oil is provided.  It is very heavy.  However, the trailer arms make it so much easier to move.  :-).  My first Westinghouse generator.  I am completing a whole home load test (1800 square feet) it should do fine.  Remote starter is very convenient, and starts the generator from a good distance.

SIMPLE ASSEMBLY.  REMOTE FEATURE IS IDEAL
