Arrived in perfect condition. Followed enclosed instructions and it started right up on propane. Ran for 30 minutes. No issues. Paired the remote. Used the box for cover in garage by cutting handle and wheel slots. Came with nice oil drain hose connected. Did not attach lift hook so it would fit in space I had for it and in box for dust cover.

I purchased this generator approximately 1 year ago. I'm a Florida resident who has experienced several Hurricanes. Fortunately we have had none since my purchase. I have run the Generator frequently, in my case on Propane only. I can tell you that the generator responds perfectly every time I routinely "exercise " it. It responds to my household load , Whole house AC, Pool equipment and all. house hold appliances including electric Clothes Dryer, Oven, Stovetop, Dishwasher, Microwave, etc. etc. It works great . Incidentally the Harmonic distortion level of this unit creates a positive environment for all of my electronics including TV, Digital streaming, WiFi... you name it.

I just purchased generator. They did have a stripped knob when they shipped it to me, but westinghouse is replacing it.

Just purchased but assembly and initial startup one propane was very simple. Look forward to the break in and hookup for whole home power

The unit runs great on propane. However, not on gasoline. Awaiting warranty instructions to resolve this issue.

This is a monster and I'm looking forward to using it for hurricane season… Westinghouse has always been good products! Thank you!

Great price, it runs my whole house, portable, tri fuel, easy to start and use. I love this generator

Battery died right away Other than that great machine, runs as promised.

This item is as described. My house can fully run on this model.

At 28KW Gas, It's a Beast! 16KW Running on NG will handle entire home
