I bought this unit a couple of weeks ago and the unit looks very stable and durable. I'll be putting it together and trying it out this weekend. So far I like what I see.

Well built. Everything is very sturdy including the shipping container. Everything included to get it up and running. Clear instructions and owners manual. Highly recommend.

Awesome Machine.. It is BIG!!! Be ready for it!!! Once wheels are installed, can be moved around with ease.Everything is clearly marked and easy to understand..

The generator is a 20,000 tri fuel. It is capable of running an entire house on natural gas. It also has the options to run on propane and natural gas.

Just purchased this model 20000 generator. It was easy to assemble and started right up. It is a little heavy but not as much as one would think due to its size. I lose power often and expect to use it sooner rather than later.

Bought this because California is turning into a 3rd world country and out power is always going off. The dual fuel feature is what attracted me to this product.

I live in a total electric 3800 sqft home and after getting an interlock installed on 2 breaker boxes and 2 50 amp plugs installed on the house we hooked this wgen20000 generator up and ran the entire house with both 4 ton A/C units on and the pool!

Purchased Dec. 22/21. Two features which are overlook in promotional materials, but great selling features. 1. Pressurized oil system with spin on oil filter 2. Oil cooler radiator.

Have just had it a few days, but I love everything about this generator. It's big enough to pull everything I need except my central heating and cooling. It's easy to crank, easy to keep the battery charged, and the remote start.

I'm not extremely mechanical and although I'm 100% disabled vet, I found the initial setup and break in instructions well written and easy to follow. Now that I know I will have power when I need it, I hope I'll never need it.
