We just purchased our generator in preparing for the upcoming hurricane season in south Florida. Having the ability to run AC and refrigerator is a great comfort as we are staying put given the corona virus threat.

Love my new generator. I just purchased it and has come in handy already. The remote start is definitely a nice touch as well. The Tri fuel also makes it to I'm never without a option

purchased reciently and glad i did i needed something dependable and its big enough does not seem to be any louder than other generators which is fine.

THIS WGEN12000DF WAS JUST DELIVERED-I JUST STARTED IT FOR THE FIRST TIME-STARTED QUICKLY-RAN SMMOOTHLY-POWERED EQUIPMENT WITH NO DRAWDOWN. I LIKED THE NEW FEATURES-IDLE DOWN AND OIL DRAIN TUBE.

This was the largest portable generator I could find and tipples the power of my current portable gen. No more picking and choosing circuits and resetting breakers!

I bought this in September 2023 for hurricane use. It's excellent. One or two pulls and it starts. It has very low sound and because of this I use it around the outside of the house without any complaints from the neighbors. I love this generator.

After an exhausting 4 weeks of research upon research (i.e. google ,YouTube videos, and etc.) of the many brands , size , and wattage amount I felt extremely confident that the WGen12000DF was the correct fit for my home and household needs.

While I haven't used this generator as of yet, I feel confident it will last for a long time. This is a well built generator, and very sturdy. I especially like the dual fuel and remote start feature.

We bought this Dec.of 2021. Backup for our house in case of power outage. It has been started and run for a while each month since. No problem until yesterday! Will not start! I hope with a little trouble shooting it will start today!

Bought this gen about a month ago couldn't be more satisfied. I like all the features on it I hooked it to natural gas to start and break in I was able to run my whole house. Thank you Westinghouse.
