We just received this item and it's a BEAST! We often get power outages in our part of California(thanks PGE). We wanted a bigger generator to run our AC in the summer during these outages. Can't wait to get it set up and see how it handles the power we need!

This generator is definitely heavy duty and it will get the job done, whatever your power needs may be. Awesome to have the 50 amp option since I will be mostly using it as a backup power supply for my entire home. Shipping was fast and on time as advertised. I would definitely recommend this item.

Bought this generator to power my 1400 squarefoot cabin and well house pump. This thing is a power house! The remote/push button start keep me at ease knowing my wife will easiky be able to power on this unit! I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone and the price point is killer!

Had a difficult time obtaining product. Took three attempts with three different suppliers. Delivery was difficult to track however delivery was professional & no damage. Product met all expectations. Manual was confusing at times and lacking info (especially with oil fill location).

I had a smaller generator that could only provide me with 220/30 service (5700 watts). It would run everything but my A/C and hot water tank. I purchased this one so I could have 50amp/220 service and run everything in my house. I was amazed at all the features it had. Easy to set up and had running in just a few minutes. Really like the volt/amp/warning meter. The electric start is a big plus because at 73, I'm not a big fan of pull starting! Will be looking forward to testing it.

The problem was my carburetor I had to taken apart and completely clean it out. After doing this it started up on the very first push of the remote button. A few people that I know had the same issue. Each of us did getthe generator by taken apart and cleaning the carburetor completely out.

Its a little too early to tell but the machine is as described. It was well packaged but arrived with the sealed battery leaking and a small mess to clean up. I am working with the warranty dept now. Since we are in the middle of covid calls are not answered promptly. The frame needed to be squeezed a bit with a ratchet strap to install the lifting bar on top, but no big deal. I was happy to see it came with a batter as not all generators do. Assembly was easy and the machine started right up on Propane. Gas not tested yet. Running voltage was low but I have not put a load on it yet.

I brought the 12000/15000 portable Generator months ago. Just had a tranfer box put in my house. This thing is sweet. I have a 22000 square feet house. The exception being my AC is to big and pulls to much wattage I did not put the AC iin line and second the transfer box only has so many switches and fuses. Yes I had a big tranfer box put in. Beyond that this thing exceeds my expectations. It powers the majority of my home. And still has power to spare. Oh, to solve the AC part I can add in a portable 40,0000 btu AC. If needed to cool just a section of my home. I have plenty of live outlet throughout the house. Sweet.

I needed a generator powerful enough to power my well pump, water heater, and to heat the first floor when there is a power outage. This suits my needs perfectly. Being able to run on propane is a huge plus as well because I do not have a natural gas hook up from the city.

ITS STARTING FUNCTIONS ARE VERY GOOD, I WANT TO USE IT TO POWER A SOLAR SYSTEM IN CASE THE BATTERIES DROP TO A LOW LEVEL AND THERE IS LITTLE SOLAR PRODUCTION. I TESTED IT TODAY AFTER I RECEIVED IT YESTERDAY, DAMAGED BY THE PACKAGING THAT ARRIVED EVERYTHING TURNED OVER AND EVERYTHING WAS DAMAGED AT THE BASE OF THE EQUIPMENT, BUT I ORGANIZED IT TO BE ABLE TO GET IT WORKING. AFTER GETTING IT TO WORK I TRY TO CHECK A LOAD TO THE SYSTEM OF 20 KWp AND I DID NOT EXCEED 14.9 KWp IN A FEW WORDS THIS IS NOT WHAT THEY SELL, THEY SAY IT IS 20 KWp RUNNING AND THIS IS NOT TRUE. I ALREADY CALL AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEER TO COME TO VERIFY IT BECAUSE IF IT DOES NOT GIVE WHAT IT SHOULD GIVE IN NORMAL RUNNING OPERATION, I AM NOT INTERESTED AT ALL AND I WILL RETURN THEM AS IT CAME, DAMAGED, I HAVE 4K CAMERAS ALL OVER MY PROPERTY AND EVERYTHING WAS RECORDED AND CAPTURED BY ME WITH MY PHONE ADDITIONALLY. REALLY AT THIS MOMENT I FEEL SCAMED. THE MACHINE IS NOT AMERICAN AS THEY SAY, IT IS FROM CHINA, DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ.
