The quality build on this item is top notch and was packed to perfection. Not a scratch on the unit! I’m retiring my little Briggs Q6500. This will run my entire house including 4 and 3 ton ACs with soft start. I will post a follow up review once everything is connected.

I wanted to have one big enough to run a central AC and this foots the bill. The dual fuel will allow me to have storage options for post hurricane episodes that are safer than gasoline only. Remote start will be especially good when I have a larger propane tank.

I just picked up my WGen12000DF and am really impressed with the quality of this generator. It was well packaged and set up was really easy. I have it set up and did a test run, much quieter than I expected. The remote start is really nice, will make it easy for my wife to use in the event I am out of town when the next hurricane comes through.

After much research I settled on this generator. Enough wattage to run my whole house on natural gas, plus I have the options for propane and gasoline also. The low => 5%Thd was a must. the generator it replaces had 12+%, which would trip my battery backups. I have not run it yet as they are installing my natural gas line to the area of the generator tomorrow. I do not plan to put any gas in this generator unless i have to for lack NG/LPG.

Purchased in January and it is a rather impressive device. It is sizable, and heavy. The option to remote start, st switch, and run off of several different fuels places this device over it's competition in my opinion. I do wish they would either include the st switch or reduce it's price but ultimately having that option is a smart move.

Once out of the box, it took about 5-10mins to set it all up. After that, it was ready for work. Nicely put together, this machine has it all. Sturdy wheels, good retractable handlebars. The fact that this generator is powerfull offers the possibility to work with propane and gas was, for me, the selling point. I am not disappointed by my purchase. Will recommend.

I bought this generator a week ago. Very easy to assemble. Manual instructions is very simple and accurate! Following instructions I did push start first without a problem and second start by remote control. Everything is perfect! Thanks a million to Westinghouse!

Bought last year and we never really got a chance to use it much until last weekend's storm that hit western Washington. The unit has proven to be a workhorse operating on its 4th day. We have been able to use our oven, all kitchen appliances, kept 2 fridges and 2 freezers going, and portable electric heaters for comfort. We even got to watch a movie on Netflix on the weekend! So glad we decided to upgrade to a bigger unit with clean power so we don't have to worry about sensitive electronics.

Replacement for a home lite 5k, oil dip stick is sub par trying to get it in and out is a royal pain. Trying to check oil level on it is nearly impossible with new oil. Shiney dip stick clear oil and no cross hatching on it. No information in manual about oil filter part number, other than change it at 300 hours. Hopefully everything works ok after test run and break in.

Bought the WGen9500DF generator. The generator has it all and is at a great price point for what it offers! Runs on both gas and propane! Pull start, push start or remote starting capabilities. 9500 running watts and 12500 peak watts. Great for the money. Plenty of 110 volt 20 A outlets along with two 240 volt outlets at 30 A and 60 A. Added oil / gas and it started right up! Happy with this purchase!
