Did everything it said to do charge the battery put gas in it put the oil in it did follow the instructions will not start

We are glad to have this generator! It came crated well with easy to follow instructions. Will be great to have power when the electricity goes out!

I just bought it, started pretty easy, but have not used it yet. So far the only negative about the product is that it is heavy
