Louder than we'd thought (less one star). Started up great. Easy to follow instructions. Dual fuel was a big selling point for us.

Upgraded from 6KW generator to this for home backup. A very capable generator for the price. Seems well made with quality parts.

Was in brake in piroid and having troubles with it shutting down going to call and find out what is worng

Ran it for four days after hurricane Beryl, did everything I expected, but had a oil leak coming out air filter.

I have been using a Westinghouse generator, one size down from this one, for over a week. Decided I wanted a little more juice.

Ive only had it for a few days but was very impressed that it came with everything you needed to get it running in the box

This generator started hard but once everything started, I ran it for 4 hours and broke it in. It starts and runs fine.

This product is awesome and it comes with a remote!! Was not aware of the remote until we opened the box

Just unboxed it. Started right up and tested it out. Clean Power. No more LED lights flickering or UPS's beeping.

Received just before "fire season" and pending power shutdowns. This will be a lifesaver when/if we are without power for any length of time.
