I bake Italian bread regularly using Sam's Club bread flour. This bread is delicious and is what I buy when I don't feel like baking. It's a great value too.

I was hooked when I first tasted Parisian Sourdough, this is the best I've had since the last century. And it's sliced! So good toasted!

Prefer non sliced as this tends to be dry. Enjoy this bread. Sour dough flavor is very desirable.

I really like this bread, but it doesn't have the sourdough taste like it used to. I think they might've changed the recipe.

This last loaf I got only lasted 2 days before it molded. Usually lasts much longer.

Didn't taste or look like the sourdough bread I used to buy at Sam's. It had an odd buttery flavor that is not typical for sourdough. I miss the old version and the boules too.

I bought this unknowing that the recipe was changed. the only one had flour this one has enriched flour. i don't eat enriched flour products anymore because I want to eat cleaner.
