[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When originally purchasing these cookies I didn't realize they were GF, Vegan, and had added vegetable extracts. I would say if you have celiacs these could be a satisfactory substitute for traditional cookies, but the taste isn't quite as good as a traditional cookie. I'm also not buying into the marketing that these are now healthy because they have vegetables. It's still a cookie and the amount of vegetables is minuscule.

There are a total of 5 small packs of cookies in the box and there are about 5-6 cookies in each pack. My kids ate all of the packs and only left me one pack. Overall they are delicious cookies and I highly recommend them!

They are absolutely soft and so delicious with spinach, broccoli, carrots, beets, shiitake mushrooms, and tomatoe extract. They taste just like normal soft baked cookies! It's really amazing because you CAN NOT taste anything but the yummy chocolate chips! These are cookies I'm excited to eat and not guilty feeling afterwards. They are soft, perfectly chewy and the sweetness is not overwhelming. They come in packs of small serving size so they stay fresh. Also would be perfect to throw in your kids lunch boxes.
