It is nice looking and OK to sit on, but some parts didnot go together as they should have even though I followed the instructions point by point. I have it sitting in a spot that gets full sun part of the day and it shows some warping so I guess if it is in a sunny spot all day this would be worse.

Love Keter products and this bench, however, it was missing one piece. I did get it sorted out but it was a pain in the butt.

Very nice bench just what we been looking for and the price was on sale. The reason for the three stars is because we had to return it twice finally on the third try we got one that was not broke or missing pieces.

Great bench and storage for my deck. It was a little difficult to put together- some of the parts did not fit together easily but it worked eventually. Looks great and very sturdy.

Love it! Great outdoor bench! Nicely made and great value! I like the storage for cushions. If came in white color that be even better but I’m happy with bench.

Delivery box was damaged and it seemed to have been a return that was repackaged. There wasn't any instructions provided and some of the parts were damaged.

We purchased this item, got all the way to the last step in which the back is to be installed and noticed there was a huge crack in it. As others have stated, assembly took longer than expected and had to fight some areas to get the pieces to fit properly. Contacted Keter about the damaged piece (box was in perfect shape, appears piece was placed into the box already broken, was not a damaged in shipping issue), was told the part wasn't available and to check back in 6 weeks; I checked back in 9 weeks (giving them extra time than the 6 weeks) and received a condescending response pointing out that I was emailed on 03/01/23 and told the part wasn't available and that it still isn't. Very poor customer service, and this is probably the 8th or 10th Keter item we've purchased over last couple of years. Sadly, can not recommend them anymore as it appears Customer Service and Quality of Product has diminished greatly.

We bought this at the end of the season last year. It's cracked while putting it together. We still figured only one Crack let's continue. Nope. We got it together but the first time we opened it, it broke. The side won't stay on. The inside gets full of rain. We only use to store basketballs but can't even sit on it and have to put it back together everytime we open it.

To start with this had scratches all over it. The directions throughout tell you to "snap" the pieces together. Nope! I struggled with this for a very long time. Finally had to get a rubber mallet to assist the "snap" into place pieces. This seems very cheap for the price. I am very disappointed. Mostly everything we buy from Sam's Club is great. But sadly this item is a dud in our book.

Easy to assemble---my wife put it together. Decent looking--Yes. Sturdy---appears to be. We had 2 inches of rain, and 2" inches of water in the storage box. Product is useless if you want to store anything in it that you wish to remain dry. Our plan was to use it to store bird feed in plastic containers, so we will drill drain holes in the bottom and keep it. We would have bought another had it been useable for dry storage.
