This is truly a storage bench. It will hold the weight of two adults as well as provides ample storage for garden supplies, cushions, pool toys, etc. It’s aesthetically pleasing while providing a place to organize and hide items. I added a cushion and now it’s part of the patio decor. Assembly was quick and the instructions were clear, simple, and easy to follow.

Easy to install and contains a large storage capacity. It is sturdy with good capacity to hold more than 250 lbs. Happy with the purchase. Looking great!

Great qualities at a reasonable price. Instructions made assembly very easy. Very sturdy and being a taller person the seating is nice and tall.

Pretty good quality and comfort. Not completely water proof, but the storage capacity is bigger than we hoped for. All in all, we are happy with it for the price!

I was expecting a dark gray color but this is definitely black. Because of that it won't work for the reason it was purchased but I'll keep it because the price was low compared to others. I went ahead and put it together, the directions are a little tricky to understand but each piece is well marked. Not sure why I had to put a bunch of screws into the top of the backrest, they seem to serve no purpose. Otherwise, it is well made and very, very sturdy. It's actually quite comfortable to sit on too without a cushion. 4 star review due to color discrepancy.

Nice but some parts have imperfections.

Product broke/came apart after sitting on the patio unused for three months. I scooted it on the patio and the left back side just came off and will not re-attach. I did follow the assembly instructions completely. Looked and performed perfectly for a month. Ridiculous. Called Sam’s and still trying to get a refund. They are still trying to get a carrier to pick it up from me.

Very easy to break

We purchased this item, got all the way to the last step in which the back is to be installed and noticed there was a huge crack in it. As others have stated, assembly took longer than expected and had to fight some areas to get the pieces to fit properly. Contacted Keter about the damaged piece (box was in perfect shape, appears piece was placed into the box already broken, was not a damaged in shipping issue), was told the part wasn't available and to check back in 6 weeks; I checked back in 9 weeks (giving them extra time than the 6 weeks) and received a condescending response pointing out that I was emailed on 03/01/23 and told the part wasn't available and that it still isn't. Very poor customer service, and this is probably the 8th or 10th Keter item we've purchased over last couple of years. Sadly, can not recommend them anymore as it appears Customer Service and Quality of Product has diminished greatly.
