[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've really enjoyed using the Ninja Luxe Cafe Premier Expresso Machine. It feels well made, looks beautiful on my counter, and makes preparing coffee at home feel so much easier. I love having different options for making cafe-styling drinks without needing several separate appliances. It does take up a good amount of counter space , but for everything it offers, I think its worth it. Overall, Its a great option for everyone who enjoys making coffee at home.

I bought this and it showed up broken. I was told to fill out a form and was never reached back out to. Had to google the number to finally get ahold of a real person who required a video chat to approve sending a new machine. I waited so long for the first one and had to drive 30 minutes to send back the broken machine. Only hoping the new machine works after all this. This was meant to be a way to spoil myself spending so much money on a coffee pot to have to wait weeks for these deliveries and putting so much of my own time into correcting a mistake of the company.

I absolutely love my Cafe Luxe Premier. It's great for convenience as it takes the place of three separate appliances so my counter is less crowded. The coffee is consistently good and much better than my old espresso machine. I love having so many choices on what to brew with the easy to follow directions on the machine. I will never remove that label. My espresso has the perfect amount of crema and is smooth and flavorful. I give this five stars and now two other family members own this as well. Perfect!

On boxing day, we got our first one and we were so excited, until the grinder broke a week later. We got a replacement unit January 7, and a month later, we are having issues with the espresso. It grinds fine, we do the recommended grinding size, we tamp it down, and we are lucky to have a single drop of espresso fall, or a sludge. The drip coffee works fine, when we run water it dispenses the correct amount, it truly is only with the espresso feature. We tried different coffee beans to no avail and it's just frustrating. We even tried no tamp to see and we get a little more but certainly not a double shot of espresso lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this Ninja Luxe Cafe Premier Espresso Machine soooo muchhhh! I’ve been using it for a little while and I’m honestly impressed by the coffee drinks it make. The machine looks really nice on the counter and feels like a premium machine without being overly complicated. The build-in grinder is a huge plus, it recommends the grind size and makes dialing in espresso much easier. The espresso comes out has been consistently good. I also love the automatic milk frother, it’s makes smooth, creamy foam with almost no effort, I’ve been making lattes and cappuccinos at home instead of stopping for coffee every morning. Cleanup is pretty simple too, everything feels well made and most of removable parts rinse off easily. So far, it’s been a great addition to my kitchen and I use it every day. If you’re thinking about getting it, I’d definitely say it’s worth it!

This is my first espresso maker and I don’t think I’ll ever use another one again 🤩 It really does do it ALL and it’s so easy to use! I used to make my morning coffee with instant espresso and this really changed the game. I can grind whatever beans I have, brew espresso or coffee (hot ANNNND cold), and make cold foam all in this machine. If you want to up your coffee game- you need this

I love making cappuccinos, lattes, mochas and other fancy coffee drinks. I feel like a pro barista although I am a beginner! The machine is easy to set up. It's got compartments to store accessories. I am very happy with it and recommend it to anyone who enjoys good coffee drinks.

Was sent a defective machine. Add water error even though the carafe was full. When it finally started working it brewed the worst shots of espresso I’ve ever had even with the smart assist. After trying to dial in my shots it started leaking water from the bottom. I then gave up and am returning it. My little Mr. Coffee machine will do just fine. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was dubious about upgrading from our old school espresso machine to a more digital multifunctional one, but once again SharkNinja didn't disappoint! Our favorite features are the integrated grinder (hooray for not needing two machines on my counter!) along with the grind size recommendation based on the coffee selection and the bean and water refill indicator (this was my husband's favorite feature after trying hundreds of shots with no water on our old machine). With the recent heatwave, the option to have cold brew and coffee specifically brewed to be poured over ice has been a blessing. After using this for a few weeks, the only feature we miss from our old machine is the ability to get hot water from the steamer to clean the steamer after use. Coffee quality is great, and extra points for coming in a cute shade of Ash Green!

I love my Ninja coffee machine so much! It's perfect for your morning coffee and to indulge yourself at any time of the day with hot and cold coffees. Sometimes I even use creamers to steam and foam and I end up with shop quality coffees right at my home. I even suggested to buy this coffee machine to a friend who lives abroad and took it with him as one of his suitcases 🤣
