This is my second of these machines. The first was replaced under warranty. The grounds are muddy, the shot volume differs nearly every time, the espresso is very sour.

This machine does everything that it says it can do. The espresso is delicious, the workflow is so easy. There is virtually no cleanup. What a joy to use and a great price on top of it. Really pleased with my purchase.

Love the Luxe Cafe. Does everything well. Very easy to set up. Little disappointed that it does not have hot water button but certainly not a deal-breaker. Would have loved the 16 oz cup instead of the 12 oz.

What an amazing machine! I've already made three of my favorite Starbucks combos and I'm learning how to do more. I've finally got the grinder and brewer I've always dreamed of!

We’re really enjoying the coffee maker! Easy to use, makes quality espresso, rich drip, and cold brew options that we have tried so far. Easy to clean and intuitive.

It does not work as well as it states, the frother barely makes froth it more like hot milk with very little froth. I am not pleased with this product especially for the amount paid.

I gave this to my husband for his birthday. He absolutely loves it. He said it is the smartest coffee maker he has ever seen. It guides you through everything. It was expensive but worth it.

I bought this machine and I am glad I did. I was in the fence but I glad I just did it. Now I can make my lattes at home. The lattes are great. Definitely worth it

So far I have been thrilled with my Ninja Luxe. My entire family is enjoying homemade lattes and we have not been to the expensive coffee shops. It is easy to use and clean up is a breeze.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. Absolutely love it. High quality machine and high quality results out of it. Top notch. The only issue was with the delivery but that is not on NInja but more on Fed ex.
