Hoped if it little less price But I bought it any way

I use this for dishes,laundry stains, clean counters.

I've been buying these for years. I've always been very happy and never had a pump break that I recall until the last case I bought. We buy 4 bottles at a time and this last purchase was disappointing. We're on the 4th bottle and the 4th pump has broken. The new pumps have a longer, skinnier spout which feels chintzy. They oddly keep unscrewing themselves and constantly need to tighten back on. We use in a restaurant kitchen but can't use these anymore if the pumps stay with the new design

I only buy Dawn products and just ordered this particular product a few weeks ago. It is TERRIBLE! I usually get the one that has the pump, but whatever was in this bottle was super watery and did a lousy job on my dishes. Even my teenagers, who help frequently in the kitchen, noticed the difference and commented on it. We're a large family and the bottle is rapidly disappearing because we're having to use so much, so I can't really return it. But I would never buy it again!
