My gripe is not with Dawn. Sams has GOT to STOP shipping in these weak boxes that are not meant to hold gallon jugs. Dawn leaks. DO BETTER SAMS CLUB

I know Dawn is great but I thought I was supposed to get the pump also and I did not. That's why only 3 stars.

Large amount of concentrated formula. Very convenient with the pump. Lasts a long time. You dont need that much for regular dishwashing.

I picked this item up and by the time I made it home the bottle was empty. Check your items before leaving store.

the lid cracked and i lost quite a bit of detergent - even though it was taped and in a plastic bag - lost a couple inches of detergent

C'mon it's Dawn. If there is a better product than Dawn at removing grease when doing the dishes I haven't come across it yet. Buying this gallon size at a Sam's Club price also contributes to the 5 star rating.
