It literally says in the description, “Bottle purchased through shipping will not have a pump included.”

Awesome product, definitely works. Just wish I would have read the bottom that it didn’t come with the hand pump when shipped. Probably would’ve waited till I was at the store again.

SADLY THE NEW DAWN SCENT IS SICKENING AND NOW HAS WATERY CONSISTENCY. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS VERY PRICEY DISH SOAP, THERE IS BETTER OUT THERE. SO DISAPPOINTED AND SADTO SAY GOOD-BYE TO MY 30 YEAR FRIEND:-(

I ordered the lemon scent. No issues with the product nor packaging. I don't think it has much of a lemon scent to it. Could just be my nose but I expected more of an aroma. I'll go with the regular blue next time.

I used to love this dish detergent. However, the last few times I bought it, it is more watered down and isn't as good as it used to be. I believe they are making it thinner to save money. Not good.
