[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided it wasn't worth it to burn out another expensive iPad watching tv on it in bed at night so ordered this TV from Costco. It wasn't on sale but the price was competitive. I was kind of leary due to some reviews regarding the difficulty navigating the remote but after five minutes, I had that all sorted and now the remote is easy to navigate and quick to respond. The picture and sound quality are both excellent much to my delight. Costco has a 70 inch on sale using the same technology and I like the one I just purchased so much, I'm going to pick up the larger one I go Friday just to have on hand for my great room because I know the LG that's there now will choke eventually...

Setup was a bit time-consuming, but probably that was because we hadn't had a new television in a while. One suggestion for improvement would be to make contrasting colors on the remote; black on black is not easy to see in a darkened room We've accommodating by just using the sense of touch.

I got my Samsung crystal UHD from Verizon when I s5artwd internet service for my home. The first time I turned it on I thought something was wrong because the picture clarity and sound were unlike anything I've ever seen and heard on a TV. Now i can't go anywhere n watch TV unless it's a Samsung. Truly excellent quality. Everything about this TV makes my viewing experiences perfect everything. Very easy to navigate.

Sometimes tho it wont let me go back to my cable box except for in a small box on there. Idk what messing it up. I also dont like how I cant just restart the TV from the screen. There's no option to just restart it. I have to go thr u the trouble of unplugging it & thts really frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is definitely a good option when looking at it head on, which I already knew going in. If you're expecting to see it sideways at extreme angles, this is not the TV for you, you are going to want a different model, which I didn't need or want. I love how clear the audio is and the screen. Best thing ever, I love the fact my phone is seamless with it, being a Samsung S25 Ultra, however, my wife's iPhone Pro Max 16 can also be used to change the channel. I wish that Samsung gave me the remote control with the solar powered option, like I did with a different Samsung TV I owned prior, but got stolen. I only knocked off a star, just because I wish I did had that remote instead of traditional batteries only, but as well as the response time could be a little bit better. I have the fastest internet that I can possibly get, because we run PCS and VR systems, and the native software inside the TV has a tad of lag after being turned on for at least 20 minutes. Other than that, I mostly use it just for netflix, playing consoles, and throwing on YouTube for the kids.

The resolution is clear, the brightness and contrast are perfect and i like that i can control it easily and adjust if need be. I even have a window that shines on it during the morning hours and the glare isn't bad that im able to still view what im watching. The sound is great the only part ive noticed is when im in Netflix watching something I do have to turn it up by like 20 notches more but thats not a major issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV itself works great and the quality is superb. The only frustration is that I have 2 Samsung TV's hung side by side, and you really need to make a option (besides using the app) to differentiate the remote controls for each TV.
