Prurchased this to get my lawn ready for the summer. Works great and nice to have the dethatcher and aerator in a single unit at this price point. Decided on the larger machine to ensure I have no issues.

I purchased this unit because of the amps the unit used making it about as powerful as an electric unit could be. I was not disappointed. The second feature I was looking for was a unit from a known company so parts could be purchased. With this being made by Westinghouse filled that requirement as well.

I bought this tool a month ago and have used both the thatcher and aerator on a 10,000 ft2 lawn twice with no issues. I was pleasantly surprised how good a job it did. The thatcher bag filled up relatively fast which is both good and bad. The adjustable height aerator dug in just enough to turn the soil but not destroy grass. I was expecting the job to take a lot longer but the machine moved right along. The interchangeable blades were quite easy. Overall very impre4ssed.

I recently purchased this item and it was easy to assemble / connect with a power cord and begin using . I was able to fill up two large green bins with grass cuttings. I still have quite a bit of cuttings yet but I am able to reseed and fertilize so I can have fresh new grass, It is easy to use and has a large thatch bag

Other reviewers complain that the collection bag fills too quickly. While true, I don't think there's any way around it. I have to empty it after each row of 25 feet or so. But it's still much better than having to rake afterwards! Plus I found a way to extend the bag filling to about two rows. At the end of the first row, I open the bag and push the accumulated thatch towards the back. This gives me a little more capacity and is still easier than picking up the bag and emptying it after each row.

I am happy with this product. It was easy to assemble. Very easy to use and works as expected. The only drawback is the catcher bag is small and doesn't fill completely like a lawnmower catcher bag, probably because it doesn't have the same power. Now I can keep up with dethatching my lawn.

This is a workhorse. I dethatched for my entire lawn over a two-day period without the bagger. The bag would have filled too fast and hindered my work so I used my lawn leaf blower to capture the dethatched grasses to dispose of. Even with the electrical cord needed to operate I completed the project myself. One safety measure that is not addressed in the instruction booklet that is very important to consider is - 'Call Before You Dig', 811 in CT - especially if you are going the added depth with the aerator/dethatcher. It is better to be safe than to have the machine come across an unexpected wire underground.

Just Got Delivered Today then it Rained but looking forward to using the Machine on my Lawn for Years to Come and the Results that Come Afterwards!! Already Assembled the Parts!! Very Excited about the Possibilities of a Beautiful Lawn as a Result of using the Machine!!

Received today. Easy to assemble. managed to aerate small part of lawn. Initial impression, it works as promissed. I like that it has 16 in width. Planning to cover managable part of lawn, since i need to pick up and clean dead grass. I shall add photos next time.

Just received. About to assemble and try out. Feel like it'll do the job of dethatching and aerating my lawn for much less cost than hiring a landscaper or buying a battery or gas powered machine. Definitely looks like a lot less manual labor than doing it with a dethatch rake and walking the lawn with aerating shoes. I'll submit another review after using it.
